i specifically asked that the cheese on my pizza NOT be burnt, but when i picked it up not only was it burned but when i said something to the waitress she was not friendly. because the pizza was probably previously cooked and some (very few) toppings were added it was a great disappointment. what has happened to the quality of pizza from Pappas. used to be my go to for pizza, but no longer VERY SAD....

I have been going to Papa's Pizza for years and getting the garbage can Pizza but I wanted to try the bacon cheeseburger pizza I just got home and there's hardly anything underneath the cheese there's so much cheese you can't taste the other ingredients on the pizza what happened to you Papa's you've gone downhill bad
Ordered a trashcan pizza on tuesday aug 19th. Found multiple pieces of hair in my pizza. 30 dollars for a pizza i cant even eat because there is just random pieces of hair baked into the cheese through out the entire pizza.

Spent 3 nights in Ft. Smith and came here each night. First night I had pizza and it was really good! Couldn’t do a trifecta of pizza so just had a few beers the next two nights but given the great service and prices I have to highly recommended this place! If I’m ever back in town I’ll definitely come back!
