I just wish they would get rid of the smoking inside the bar. I understand why they don't, but sometimes it is too thick. Maybe improve ventilation?

I have enjoyed pizza at PaPas for 25 years. In my opinion the “combo” pizza has been the best pizza in western Arkansas. But last night, I was served the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. I was with two other loyal PaPas costumers, we could not finish a single piece of pizza. The pizza was taken off our tab; and we were grateful. But what in the heck has happen to the commitment to quality? We were so disappointed. To the new owner; please don’t compromise!

Looks like I had the same experience with the waitress named Rachel as is seems a couple other had this weekend. I wanted to show off the neat place to eat with great pizza but we never got our pies. The waitress would never speak to us unless we flagged her down. It took us an hour before we were told our pizza hadn't even been started yet!!! We had other places to be that evening so after about 20 minutes we asked about our pizza and we're told it would be 10 minutes. We paid for our drinks and left.

Chicken bacon ranch pizza is 5* for anyone who can't have red sauce. The chicken and bacon are both smoked just a few doors down.

Showed up and ordered goob pizza. Our waitress was named Rachel. Waited over 1 hour and when we asked her how much longer it was going to be, she said it was gonna be 10 more minutes. At 10 minutes we cashed out and left. She never told us anything until we asked her. She said they got behind with pickup orders and they were just getting to our order an hour later. Never had as poor service or experience anywhere else in the Fort Smith area.
Dietary restrictions: Heavily restricted what I ate the evening they did not serve me my food.
