Went there w/ wife and daughter for the first time. The im assuming owner , a short white guy with a beard,looks like Barry Gibbs from the Bee Gees, is at the register, I order my burger the way I want, then I start to order my daughters and he makes some stupid comment about " I was asking her" . We just left ,he seemed like a chomo creeper .

Burgers were just ok, tasted odd . Not sure if it was the mayo or the meat? I had two pieces of onion on my burger, definitely needed more toppings. Husband got a BLT, asked for Patrick sauce, didn’t get any on there, was just basically a tomato sandwich! Kids grilled cheese was ok too. The fries were good though, and portion size was nice. The place could use an overhaul, pretty gross feeling. Prices are up there for what we got.

Good burgers and fries, but when staff are putting fries into white bags, and they have no gloves on, that is an issue. I watched them this afternoon using their ungloved hand to open the fry bag and then add fries. 100% unsanitary!!!!!!! Health standards need to be addressed.

It doesn't get any better than Patrick's! Hot, fresh burgers with your choice of toppings and the French fries aren't just some frozen fry dropped in the fryer.Dietary restrictions: They have so much more than burgers! Tons of veggies, chicken bites, steak bites, and everything is customizable.

I just got off work and was covered in paint from doing a paint job along with being exhausted, this place was recommended to me and when I walked in ready for something to drink and eat after freaking 12 hrs working on a two story house in town, some worker pointed at me and told me I had to leave and that y'all where closed, I asked why and the response I got was y'all don't allow dirty people there. I tried to explain I just got off work and he told me no I needed to leave bc my type wasn't allowed. This is discrimination against me due to bc I was covered in dry paint and tired. This shouldn't hold up and it I don't feel your workers should judge someone based on their looks, I am my own boss as it is and run my own business, two of them for 8 years along with I work for one of the biggest companies in the world and you allow your job to kick people out based on clothes no offense i have managed olive garden a way higher up food chain than you and that attitude wouldnt be accepted. No policy or sign says rich people only there can eat, if your going to be like that then move ur store to Florida and Cali where it is only rich people. Because this is fort Smith u ain't getting rich customers and to treat someone like your privilege is better is wrong. You have no clue who I am and if I was to have my uncle who is mayor of Charleston come up there you would change your attitude. I addressed this issue of how I was treated in the committee meeting between the cities and it was not accepted by many. Whoever that worker was that did that to me shouldn't be working there and I will be bringing up this issue again in the next meeting with the city. I was not even able to get in the door fully and I was told to leave, I also tried to get a job there and was told y'all don't accept people like me over a year ago and I was told it was because I looked like a bum when I did not, the hoodie I was wearing was all I had left from my best friend who died and I was treated rudely that time to based on my jacket and your worker didn't care to think first pointing his finger at me. I know what happened and you need to fix your workers attitudes on how to treat customers correctly. Bc u won't be having the mayor come eat there and that rep yall want by the mayor won't be given till you fix this. It's facts u told the mayors niece she was a bum and to get out. Your loss and mistake, five guys accepts everyone and that's why they have way better ratings than y'all they ain't racist like your workers good day
