This is such a great little place! The menu offers a nice variety of choices so there's something for everyone. Our order arrived in a timely manner, and was prepared to perfection! They had a very nice selection of wine as well as specialty cocktails (they also have a selection of beer but since we don't drink beer, I can't atest to that). The staff was attentive and knowledgeable when we had questions. 10/10 we recommend Piatto!

This was a Thursday night and the restaurant was sparsely seated so we got superior service from our server answering questions about the menu and verifying availability of what we inquired about from kitchen personnel . When the food came it was fresh , hot and exactly what we ordered and expected . The server checked on our table several times to see if refills or cheese /pepper etc were needed . The server asked about dessert requests and when we declined dessert the server was quick to provide the check and process payment . This was our second trip to Piatta and we brought our son and daughter in law along so they could enjoy the experience with us . Piatto has been one of my favorites lately, and this time was no different. The staff actually care, the owners are involved, and the food is too good for this world. I went by myself for my birthday, and they treated me like family since my own lives 12 hours away. From the moment you walk in and Sam greets you like an old friend, to Raven's exceptional service, to Paul wishing me a happy birthday and good luck on my work trip the next day, Piatto is a remarkable restaurant because of their food, and their people. 10/10 recommend.

We found this gem driving cross country, loved it so much, we made it a priority on our way back. The food is authentic using flours and as many ingredients as possible from Italy. Paul, the owner, uses his grandmother's recipe for their homemade meatballs, which are amazing! Pizza, pasta, cannolis, all delicious. The wine selection pairs perfectly with the food. We enjoyed a French chilled with a lemon rind twist, something I've never done to my wine before. Thank you, Paul! I also want to say that Sam, the host, who is not only welcoming but made us feel we were coming back and enjoying dinner with friends.

What a fantastic dinner! Tge service, the food and the atmosphere! My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out since we've heard such great things! Our Server was named Will and he was great! He suggested we try Bianca Aglia Pizza and the carbonara pasta. OMG CHEFS KISS! It was so good I wanted to cry!! We will definitely be coming back!

Tried one of the new dishes just added to the menu. Was wonderful. This is the best Italian food in Fort Smith. Authentic and not covered up with heavy sauces. Love what Paul is doing with his food. Great wait staff!

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC! My fiancé and I came here for our 4-year anniversary. The service, food, and atmosphere were astonishing. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly, and the pasta and chicken were bursting with notes of citrus. To top the night off, I believe it was the head chef’s brother who brought us dessert. I would absolutely come back just for the hospitality alone. Thank you very much to the chef and his brother for the generosity—it was greatly appreciated. ❤️
