As you can see from the menu, they offer a variety of choices for you to pick from. I had some brisket and chicken. They were amazing!! The flavor was incredible! As were the sauces. I highly recommend you check the Pig Barn bbq out. You will be glad you did!

$15.37 for a Sandwich and a side.Less than $16 for blue ember with drink and BBQ sauce and a place to sit to eat.I had the brisket sandwich and baked beans.Brisket is cooked wonderfully. Bbq sauce is very lacking. Tastes like ketchup and Tabasco. Baked beans are pork and beans-ish with Tabasco. The meat in the beans isn't fully fall apart melty cooked. Was a bit chewy. Not a huge fan. But it was edible and is acceptable in a pinch.Friend had same sandwich and her side was suppose to be potato salad- it was more of a loaded mashed potato.

Friendly folks..eager to please...got ribs that had lots of meat on them...no anorexic ribs here...well rendered ( not greasy beyond normal nor dry as dust). Sauce was tasty...unique...did not taste like some which are just "doctored -up" Masterpiece bottle sauce..this sauce seems very original and very good. Rub on the ribs is also unique and tasty. The guy does a good job..whether you want it "falling -off-the -bone" or just "chewed-off"!!

Delicious tasting barbecue! We decided to try this food truck after seeing they were awarded Best of the Best 2022. We tried this on Veterans Day when they had a buy one get one pulled pork sandwich special. We also ordered the sampler. Portions are plentiful, prices are reasonable and service is great. My kids enjoy the sausage, chicken and brisket. We've also tried their loaded twice baked potato casserole...so good! Phone in your order for easy pickup!

Good food good service got the sampler platter and 1/2 rack of ribs . Got all three sides and some buns of course bbq sauce. Pulled pork was my favorite. Sausage was done great broke a piece of for my daughter and it squirted juice out all over the place. Very tender and juicy ribs were perfect. Thank you for the good dinner.

You name em, I've tried em.I just finished a chopped bbq sandwich, from right here in town, & I'm thrilled to share the details:At times, chopped bbq can be one way to profit from meat which is too tough, greasy, or contains too much fat to be used as sliced strips. NOT THE CASE HERE! And the amount of meat blew me away, for the price. I couldn't eat this sandwich in one meal!( a true rarity ) Loved the mild sauce, & the potato salad was good too'.In my opinion, this bbq rivals the best in town, & their prices beat them!
