“Tasha was hands down THE BEST! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was so cheerful and welcoming! There was an issue with the app and my order and she resolved it quickly and kindly! Tasha deserves her flowers! It’s not often I experience such exceptional customer service but she was an absolute gem!“

“Long day. Stressed. Scrambling to provide dinner to my family. Pizza, it's decided. I put the order in online and pull up to the drive thru window. There she was, Maranda, like a beam of sunshine after dusk. Beautiful smile, kind eyes, and a warm tone she greeted me. I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders. I hadn't given them much time between ordering and arriving so it was going to take a moment longer, which Maranda communicated to me ever-so-kindly. If it were anyone else (due to nothing else but my own attitude) I would have been annoyed. But how could I be? How could I possibly be anything but patient when Maranda was subtly reminding me that through all of the stress, anxiety, and inconvenience I could rely on a stranger to put me at ease. While I waited, she personally came outside to give me updates. Once it was complete, Maranda, again, came outside to deliver it to me.
All of this to say, whoever hired Maranda, what a find!! I would suggest doing anything and everything you can to keep her happy enough to continue gracing your establishment with her presence, effort, and generosity. Because without employees like Maranda offering a smile with their service, you're just another pizza place. Thank you, Maranda, for not only providing my family with a warm meal, but also for giving me this perspective-altering encounter.“
