I reviewed this location six years ago with a one star. Since then, I have returned to see if things changed. I am happy to report that the staff has was friendly. The location is cleaner. And the food was great, true Pizza Hut style. If you are in a rush, it may be best to go inside. Kudos to the employees.

I just order my food and found a hair inside my melt I had called the store 4 times and when I did reach someone they put me on hold for 5-7 minutes and then hung up on me. I used to work at this store and slowly the quality has gone down and it’s saddening… The only good part I can state about this restaurant is that the answering service that picks up when the store DOESN’T was kind and helpful and polite. But when the service desk tried to make it right I called the store to double check the replacement was on the way, a lady answered, didn’t give her name, said she was the only one in store so there COULDN’T be a hair, and proceeded to snap at me saying I do this all time when the last time we ordered something from them we never complained. The when she hung up on me, I tried to call back and she just left the phone sitting on the counter and walked away not once but two times. I would have happily brought the food back for a replacement but with that attitude, I realize why I don’t order pizza from Pizza Hut anymore. Even got a voice recording of how she acted too. Unbelievable.
