The first night I ordered pizza she said it would be arriving in about 40-45 min. It was an hour and twenty min. Before they got to my house and my order wasn't hot anymore. I called the store to see if I could get it for free he said no. I said let me speak to your manager he got real smart with me and said the mgr couldnt do anymore than he could I said I beg to differ get him on the phone then he came back and said he could give me a credit. I said I'm figuring a credit for the same order I just paid for but no. A couple of days later I call back to redeem my credit and that when I find out it's only $10 when my original order was $24 the call center and the store should show the same thing on their computers but they don't there's no communication between either and the people were rude at the call center and the store I got hung up on three times. What happened to the customer is always right. I order from here very often this is the worst exp. I e ever had with me makes me not want to eat there again!!
