Went for an order when the dasher arrived the told him to move up and they ignored him when he ask for update a gave us ONE pizza when we ordered 2 larges wings pasta and bread sticks. And all the while he heard yelling from the drive thru window. This particular hut is now very lazy and incompetent as the date I posted this 11/9/2025. Which is my late father's birthday by the by.

I try to go every thursday to eat at the pizza buffet it’s one of the few pizza huts that still has a sit down area so I look forward to it each week!! Manger was nice aswell

Long day. Stressed. Scrambling to provide dinner to my family. Pizza, it's decided. I put the order in online and pull up to the drive thru window. There she was, Maranda, like a beam of sunshine after dusk. Beautiful smile, kind eyes, and a warm tone she greeted me. I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders. I hadn't given them much time between ordering and arriving so it was going to take a moment longer, which Maranda communicated to me ever-so-kindly. If it were anyone else (due to nothing else but my own attitude) I would have been annoyed. But how could I be? How could I possibly be anything but patient when Maranda was subtly reminding me that through all of the stress, anxiety, and inconvenience I could rely on a stranger to put me at ease. While I waited, she personally came outside to give me updates. Once it was complete, Maranda, again, came outside to deliver it to me. All of this to say, whoever hired Maranda, what a find!! I would suggest doing anything and everything you can to keep her happy enough to continue gracing your establishment with her presence, effort, and generosity. Because without employees like Maranda offering a smile with their service, you're just another pizza place. Thank you, Maranda, for not only providing my family with a warm meal, but also for giving me this perspective-altering encounter.

Maranda was very friendly and made sure my order was correct she actually when out of her way to help me I had supreme pizza with pork out on it ordered because my friend is Muslim it came with pepperonis when it got here he couldn't eat it so I called back to get a new one I don't have a car so it must be delivered and she informed me she doesn't have any driver's for the rest of the night so she went out of her way to get it doordashed and gave me $5 credit whenever I order next she was very helpful,had a great attitude the entire time so it's definitely the best Pizza Hut in town thanks again Maranda!!!

The pizza was good we went for dinner they only messed up on one item on the bill no big deal easy refund. But when we got there apparently there's only two people working Plus a delivery guy and there was really no customer service like they don't have waitresses I don't know maybe it's just today but we had to get our own drinks well then he told us it was self-service and then we had to get our own plates. The pizza was good.
