The food was excellent! The delivery was over 20 minutes late for some reason. Since I have a short lunch schedule as an hourly employee, timing is essential.
I waited and waited a long with 8 other people. Every pizza that came out wasn't for anyone that was there I guess they left tired of waiting. I really like the crew members except for the manager LeAnn she was not in uniform had a bad attitude bc she was behind. She started cancelling people's orders but there was at least 5 or 6 pizzas not in boxs straight out of the oven and set them all over equipment and shelf's so I wondered what she did with those pizzas I got a feeling she warmed them up and sent them out the door charging full price and not letting them know it's been sitting the for 30-40 mins. I never go there to eat again.

We stopped by for lunch buffet around 11:30a.m. The lady working there was SO nice & friendly (5 stars for her). BUT, the buffet was a huge disappointment. The pasta on the buffet was dried & crusty all on top like it’d been there for hours & hours. The container of marinara sauce for dipping breadsticks looked the same (at least stir it up occasionally so it looks fresh?♀️). Most of the salad bar items looked like they’d been there since the night before (no clue how it could all look so wilted & old at only 11:30 in the morning if it was all freshly put out that morning). There were only 2 pizzas out when we got there, but they did ask us if we wanted them to make a specific pizza for us- which was great (that was the only thing that was great). I hadn’t eaten at a Pizza Hut buffet in years & remember it being so much better. Definitely won’t be back for this.

We went in to sit down to eat we got told we could not do that because the buffet was closed .It makes no since the only time you can sit down and eat inside is if the buffet is open. I wanted to ask if this was because of covid ,if it is then I guess you cannot catch anything if the buffet is open

The absolute worst fast food ordeal I have ever seen.We ordered at 10:28ish am. The girl that answered took over 10 mins to understand what simple order we were trying to say, she couldn't understand the address even when spelled out MANY TIMES, she didn't understand debit card payment over the phone, she also didn't understand what ASAP means!We told her our order was for ASAP. 1 hour later we called asking where our order was. Again, confused she had no answers. She said 30 mins. Bizarre since it is 2 miles away and we ordered before it opened.45 mins later called again. I spoke to a manager. She said that the original girl put it for a later time. I was so mad by this time. She lightly tried to correct this situation. Manager said she told girl what ASAP means. I guess she didn't know. Very odd!Manager said it was in the oven and should have it within 10 mins.45 mins later we called again ( total of two hours waiting now ) and still no answers. Just " it will be another 30 mins. "I have never had such horrible or ignorant service. First and last time ordering from this Pizza Hut. We are in complete shock that it took over 2 hrs and 3 phone calls to get a simple order, that they didn't even get right. We wanted the triple Christmas box, and we got a family box with 3 pizzas cut in the most strange way. Never again!!!

I order from on a regular and now I ordered from my card, said it did not go through so I gave the driver cash and now they are saying my card went through and the driver is saying I didn't give them the full amount so they basically stole money from me.

We had small pan pizza for three. It was very delicious! The only drawback was prices have gone up since last visiting Pizza Hut. I would have given them a five star but prices took that from this review.
