Im a driver with 10k+ deliveries in fort smith. This is the most consistently slow restaurant in the entire city. Every single order i pick up is an over 5 minute wait. That doesn't happen anywhere else. Most places is a 0-3 minute wait.

Tasha was hands down THE BEST! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was so cheerful and welcoming! There was an issue with the app and my order and she resolved it quickly and kindly! Tasha deserves her flowers! It’s not often I experience such exceptional customer service but she was an absolute gem!

Tasha H, I just want to thank you for making my pizzas and doing such an excellent job as the only person working when we arrived. She was backed up with orders but still managed to get it done on time, and although there was a super rude door dash driver that acted like she was on something, I just hope she knows she valued by at least one of her customers today. Crazy how I put in an order through the phone and they said the card was declined but I was still charged. And then when I wanted to speak to the GM, I stayed on the phone for what seemed like forever and I talked to NO one. If you can’t work in customer service then get a different job.

I always order cheese pizza for me and my littles. The Manager is very professional and I appreciate her hospitality she actually delivered my pizza personally after a door dash driver (not associated with pizza hut) delivered my pizza which was super disheveled. Thank you Ashley you’re awesome!
Order sent to a different address although I have ordered from this place for years. Called 3 times to speck to managet about problem but kept getting left on hold. When I finally got to speck to a manager I could not believe that it wS the general manager. She was rude. I ask to speak to the owner I was told she would not give me the number. While on the phone she was laughing. Apparently my complaint was not worth her time. I believe that a different pizza place will be getting my order from now on. At least they may seam like they want my money.
