Worst service i have ever experienced from the entire crew. I ordered my food online and still had to wait 30 min and they got order wrong. The other store in town was closed when I got there after ordering and paying online before I got there.

The food was cooked way too long ago to be served to the public. The sweet tea tasted old. The restaurant was unkempt with signage all over the place. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. When I mentioned that the bathroom needed attention, I was met with blank faces with no emotions. Nothing was done about the bathroom before I left the store.

This place is consistently awful. Disgusting and disrespectful management. They will tell you to park every time no matter what you order. The last time I went there I refused to park, there was no one else in line, and was told by the MANAGER I was going to be given uncooked chicken because I'm not going to run up her drive-thru time. I can tell from the comments plenty of people despise this location...just not everyone is complaining.

"I had the worst experience at this place around 10:30 PM when a young black lady took my order. She was incredibly rude, making the interaction unpleasant from the start. To top it off, the food we received was cold, completely ruining our meal. We've been regular customers, but this level of disrespect and poor service is unacceptable. This has definitely turned us off from ever coming back."

Showed up today at 11:01 on the dot and they were out of white meat and it took them 10 minutes to respond to the drive thru

Ordered a 12 piece family meal. When I got there I was told by the cashier they had 2 boxes of dark meat they had to go through before they were able to use their white meat if they was alright or it would be 12 mins or so. I wanted what I ordered. Then the manager or shift leader came and told me they had no white meat except for spicy and I would have to choose for spicy white meat, all dark or to cancel my order. Lying to coustermers is bad for buisness I would stay away from there.

Just 1 of many times they have screwed up my order. I don't know why I ever go there instead of the one on Rogers. Spent $30 for 16 mild tenders and got home and they were spicy. The employees always act like it's a bother to them to wait on you and so much of the time, they don't have what you order without cooking it. It used to be the best Popeye's anywhere around but has been on the downhill for a while now.

Food was room temperature I let them know and they repeated themselves giving me the same room temperature food again. They knew yet they did not care enough to satisfy a customer. I don't understand why they could not just heat it up.
