We went to Revel for dinner date night and it was wonderful! The customer service was A+! They made sure that we were well taken care of! The starters were delicious! Our entrees were lacking, but still tasty!

Our date tonight was wonderful at Revel! We were seated promptly. Cassie was so polite & quick with our drinks & to take our order or give recommendations! She went over & beyond to make us feel comfortable & accommodated. She even kindly boxed up my leftovers. Thank you Cassie for the service & to the cooks for delicious meals! Our favorite place to dine for a fancy night out!

By Far the most amazing eating experience I've had!! Some of, if not, the best food I've ever eaten! Truly an amazing date night for me and my wife! Deserves the award of Best Bar and Restaurant of Fort Smith! I had ordered two apps, the shrimp Artichoke dip and duck wings. The dip was something my wife saw and wanted and she raved at how good was. Was creamy and good and so packed full of flavor. The duck wings were on par with the dip as well. Very juicy meat that was fried/cooked to perfection. The thing that really made the wings was the Asian sauce served atop the wings. Just spicy enough to add so much more to the food! For the main course I had the Braised Short Rib. Nothing short of the best and most tender meat I've ever had! The sides perfectly added to the overall beauty of the plating but also the flavor profiles of the dish. For dessert my wife and I split the chocolate mousse. It was the perfect end to an already perfect meal. If these chefs and cooks had to wonder if the food they were making was good, I hope this finds them. The quality of food would have me paying whatever was needed to eat just the scraps left over! The staff that served us are not to go unseen either. They equally added to this experience. Checking on us frequently, getting us refilled drinks expiditedly. So warm and friendly, even going out of their way to complament me and my wife's dress attire. My wife ordered two Movktales and having sips of both they were so good! Bartending staff in charge of drinks were also heros in making something that my wife can enjoy! If asked what I would rate this restaurant from 1 being the worst to 10 being the best, I would rate it 100 cause nothing in the area in I would argue about 200 miles would even be able to touch the overall experience I had here. Only thing I would say was bad is now I can't go out to eat anywhere else cause when you have had the best, how can you even have anything else? 100/10 will eat again

We ordered the Braised Short Rib with Brussel Sprouts and Mashed Potatoes and also the Filet with the same sides. The food was absolutely AMAZING! Knives weren't needed because both the filet and rib were extremely tender. They were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The sides were equally as good. Our food was prepared fresh and arrived at our table in a timely manner, the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Wonderful gem in Fort Smith! Delicious food, speedy service, and personable staff. Heavy handed on the sauce for the filet, but we are just not sauce people so that's a personal preference. We ordered our son's (9) filet plain and the flavor was wonderful. Would simply order my husbands filet without next time. I had the duck fat fried chicken with chili honey and it was fantastic. The arancini appetizer was our favorite, it's a must if you are going.

Four of us had reservations last night for dinner.Pros: Pesto pierogis, the grilled ribeye, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts w/ bacon, asparagus, & the chocolate mousse were all delicious. Loved the decor & vibe.Cons: Our server didn’t meet our expectations. It wasn’t horrible service but it wasn’t great service. Cocktails weren’t as good as I was expecting either (our server told us the regular bartender wasn’t there & that someone else was just filling in). And, the berry lemon cake tasted like it had been in a fridge for too long.Overall, the four of us had a good time together, enjoyed 80% of our meal, & we’ll be back.

The salmon was cooked to perfection. Had a beautiful crunch to it.The pasta could have done without the balsamic redux. Made it too sweet, which I wasn't expecting. Therefore, I did not get dessert.I forgot to take pics before we dove into our meal, so forgive the partial eaten plate photos.Conundrum red was delish.Only has one ladies bathroom. Had to stand in line but it didn't take long. However the woman in front of me said she had been there for 15 mins. Had a really great floor length mirror outside the bathroom with great lighting so it made up for the wait (at least for me).Bathroom had wallpaper on the ceiling and a painting with a grenade. Very clean.8/10, would pee here again.

Everything was perfect from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. We don't make it as often as we like, but our server remembers our favorite orders and sides every time we visit.

Our server, Randy, was excellent. Food was fair but over priced for what we had. My reservation had been for inside but we were seated outside. The lady who seated us said sometimes they overbook seating. As it turned out the weather was ok so outside seating was ok. This is not a restaurant we plan to visit on a regular basis.

First time getting to visit Revel finally. Made an online reservation for 7 on Friday night for outdoor covered dining. We got there about 6:35 and they were able to accommodate us. Missed our host's name but he was awesome, even cruised by and spoke with us a couple times throughout the night. Randy was our excellent, upbeat yet laidback waiter for the night. He walked us through the specials and the off menu item. It was really a hard choice. Everything on the menu sounded great and we had a hard time narrowing it down. We finally opted for the Surf & Turf (Filet & Tiger Prawns I believe) with asparagus. and risotto subbed in for mashed potatoes; and duck breast over polenta and green beans, with a house salad to start us off. Drinks all sounded great but we felt dehydrated after a long week and chose to stick with the ice water because it was actually great itself. Food was excellent, atmosphere was quiet despite being busy, little chilly in the covered area but the overhead heaters knocked it down. Overall great experience! We'll definitely be back to work our way through the menu and visit the liquor store next door. Looked like some great up and coming spots out there at Chaffee Crossing revitalizing a pretty cool area of great historical value.

Atmosphere was really good, I was super excited to try you guys out because I had a gift card gifted to me. But the service was kinda weird, I mean she was super friendly but just felt like the staff was just standing around watching us. I ordered a filet “medium” with potatoes and asparagus. My steak was well done and drenched in something resembling gravy. The asparagus was flavorless and hard. The potato's were good though. I just would rather not have gravy on my entire meal. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye “medium rare” and it came out pretty much rare. We also got drinks and they were alright but nothing better than I could order at chilis. We ended up eating everything and didn't complain because we're just not complainers and we'll eat anything lol. But for that price I probably wouldn't return... Overall I'd give everything 3 stars. The atmosphere was what saved it from being a 2. Super disappointment because I was looking forward to a new cool restaurant.

The server Randy - superstar ?. Love Brussels sprouts and bacon but not minced. The steaks were so tender cutting them with a butter knife was a plus!! Need Dr pepper. ??

Was excited to be going to Revel on my 70th Birthday. Summer our waitress was attentive. The food (filet mignon) while cooked to the correct temperature was extremely bland. The sides are not really sides but ones selection of vegetable to be placed on ones plate to frame the meat. While the brussel sprouts with bacon were tasty, they were shredded, the lemon zest asparagus had no hint of lemon, the mashed potatoes were pureed with no substance. We were hungry and cleared our plates but we were surprised there was no offering of freshly baked bread as we are typically used to at higher end establishments (The Republic and Christopher's World Grill both in College Station Texas). Suffice to say we will try elsewhere next time..

2 stars is for the niceness of the staff, but in all seriousness when we were there the kitchen was out of nearly half the menu and didn’t communicate well so I had to order three times before they had something to serve. Needless to say I didn’t get my first two choices and settled on the steak which was good but Doe’s 21 West End or Stonehouse each have a better Filet. I might give them another shot because I have heard they have great food, I just didn’t get to experience it tonight, and at $60 a person for dinner I expected a lot more than what I received
