Food is always great as it has been the same for 20+ years. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I love the decor inside the restaurant as it creates a pretty cool atmosphere.

We hosted my mom’s 75th birthday at Rolando’s last night. We had around 20 people. They had us upstairs so we had some privacy for our party. The restaurant was super accommodating and handled our large party efficiently and with ease. Our server was friendly and awesome! My mom keeps saying how much fun she had and it was the best night! Thanks Rolando’s for helping me give my mom an awesome birthday!

We were in town for my daughter's volleyball game and had to stop at our favorite spot! Their food is a fantastic take on Latin cuisine and the Don Quixote burrito with pork is the jam!!
