Recently moved back to Fort Smith and was ecstatic to see a banh mi spot! I eventually got around to visiting this restaurant and was honestly a bit let down. Ordered a pork banh mi and egg rolls. The employee at the front charged my card, then shortly after told me they were actually out of egg rolls.. he then had to refund my card. I tried to order a few different bobas from their menu and they were out of them. I eventually decided to just order some chicken fried rice. The banh mi had a good ratio of meat to veggies and the pork had good flavor, but unfortunately they left my bread in the toaster oven for WAY too long. The entire roll was essentially a cracker and crumbled apart with every bite. Not the most enjoyable eating experience. Banh mis should have a thin, crispy layer on the outside and soft on the inside for structural integrity. As for the fried rice, it was pretty bland besides a very strange, sweet flavor which did not leave me wanting more. I ended up taking 2 bites and throwing the rest out. To be fair, this could be a different style of fried rice than I am just not accustomed to but it did not have the smokey flavor of your traditional chinese fried rice cooked in a wok and was lacking in saltiness. It might be for some people, but not for me. The guy working the front seemed quite clueless and very low energy. Not much of a kind greeting when I walked in. There was no one in the restaurant and my food still took forever. I may give their banh mi another shot as it could have been that the guy making mine just has no experience in a kitchen. I don’t intend to tear you guys down with my review, I hope it is helpful! There is a lot of potential with this place.

My kids and I love most of the boba flavors, I love the sweets, snacks, sandwiches, meats, Papaya salad...pretty much everything. Service is always amazing and very accommodating.

So good that I wish you were open all night so I could roll up at 2 am for some boba. But like and 44 ounce boba, like the size they sell for drinks at Sonic.

Hands down the best Banh Mi and summer rolls in town. But there’s no going wrong with anything you order here! Incredible food. Incredible service; I did remove one star for speed of service, very slow for BUT always fresh and made with great care (just don’t go when in a time crunch). LOVE the veggie options and the attention to cleanliness so cross contamination is not a worry.

im sure the food is normally great but it wasnt to our liking (dry and bland) when we went. but the staff’s likability more than made up for our food. they are currently training new staff so we understand. i still recommend you stop in! the kimchi fries were amazing.Vegetarian options: i recommend the kimchi fries just change the sauce, and no cheese or egg!

Received a brisket plate from here and guys…. The quality of the brisket is not acceptable for the amount of money spent. It was dried out chewy and inedible. It seems like it was frozen and then microwaved. That dry. I would have preferred them just saying they were out of it then to serve that quality of meat.

Had a little lunch date here with the missus. The Banh Mi' Bbq red pork sandwich was delicious aswell as the Unagi street fries.

My favorite Ft. Smith stop for a delicious, reasonable lunch. The service is always friendly and if you call ahead, your order is generally ready in 15 minutes or less. My favorites: shrimp summer roll or red pork Bánh mì. So good!

Waited 40 minutes for some boba. Not the biggest fan of the final product either. The watermelon bona tastes like bubblegum and the almond tastes like cherries. The atmosphere and staff were nice

Bought 2 coconut boba for my kids and a lycee boba for me. The flavor was so bland, not sweet enough and the black boba/pearl was a combination of hard and soft. In my drink, there was a piece of plastic with the boba as I chew on it I can feel the plastic and sure enough it was a piece of plastic. Sorry not going there again.

Our first time to try this place after moving fromArlington, Texas to eastern Oklahoma. What a treat! I have done my fair share of travel, and this place would do well in any major city, and they call Ft smith home. We can't wait to go back. The food was delish and the boba was on point.

I've been here a few times for the boba which is really good. The last time I went with a friend of mine and we got lunch, and the food was amazing. I've always known the little baked goods they have were really good but the actual food there was amazing. Not to mention the people working there are always so kind and so sweet.

Stop by every once in a while - great snacks and drinks. I spilled my tea and went back in to buy a new one and get napkins. They took care of it for me. Super sweet! Thank you.
