Always the best fish and shrimp. Staff is very accommodating. My favorites. Unfortunately they are closing down at the end of October 2025.

A friend was in the area and we decided to take him here for his birthday. The food was amazing. We ordered catfish, grilled and fried, chicken strips, shrimp, and crab cakes.... all delicious and cooked perfectly. The green beans, corn, red beans and rice, fried mushrooms, onion rings, and French fries. Everything was seasoned well and you won't leave this place hungry.

We stopped by and ate lunch on Friday for or first time in. Atmosphere was so relaxed, service was really good, food was excellent, and the portion sizes was the cherry on top! Ive highly recommend this little gem!

The food was amazing but as for the service, I guess people think we dont hear you while we are walking out but to hear you complain about our order and bringing the change back AFTER WE LEFT YOU A $9 TIP, you best believe we will not be back. That is rude and unprofessional. Wish I would have got her name but it is a young lady that served us. Blonde with tattoos on her arm! Yet again food is amazing

We had the shrimp. It was excellent and got plenty to eat. The food came out hot and quickly. Cici and Cat were very nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome and at home. Wish there was one of these closer to home.

This is the new location that is located on Phoenix avenue. Most of the food is fried. You can get grilled options catfish and shrimp, but it is very salty. Another words if you are trying to avoid sodium and have a cardiac diet this is not the place to be. The food was just too salty for me. The catfish was good but again everything is way over salted. The food does not appear to be greasy except for the okra and hush puppies. The portions are large enough if you wanted to take home half of it for another meal. The waitress is very friendly. The atmosphere is very nice.

Tried this place out after hearing about it for a while. My husband ordered a gizzard meal with mac and cheese/fries and I ordered chicken tender meal with okra and coleslaw.
The main issue was his gizzards. Huge order ruined because everything was fried too much. Just had a burnt greasy taste. He couldn’t even eat any of the gizzards. His fries were kinda cold and even the Mac and cheese we joked about because it was so… basic. I said the cafeteria at school used to have better mac and cheese than this. My food was ok, just wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw. We called to tell them about my husband’s food and they apologized and told us they would keep one of our receipts on their “board” incase we wanted to stop by sometime and get something for free. How often are they putting receipts on this board first of all.. also we don’t really want to come back. I wish they would have just refunded us some of the money tbh. We also tried their fried cherry/apple pie. Apple was ok (nothing to write home about) but again, the cherry pie was just old/greasy. I really don’t complain about restaurants much but man it just wasn’t worth the money at all and not worth coming back for another try. Disappointed.

Our server Cat was very nice. I hade the whole catfish grilled with a side of coleslaw and red beans. Very tasty. For a drink I had sweet tea with lemon and that was very good too.

We always order the whole catfish as we prefer the fish on bone. I REALLY WISH ypu giys would add catfish steaks to your menu as this is what a lot of people prefer. Thanks
1st & last time trying it. Fried Fish tasted like old rubber chewy and rubber chewy and gross. The rice was under cooked in the beans n Rice it was aalllll Un seasoned. Even the fries were disgusting
