Allowing people to scalp Pokemon cards by setting a dumb limit of 20 boxes per person is not helping normal people get any product at a normal price because the Scalpers are always first in line to snatch it all up.
They have 50 lbs jasmine rice. I eat a lot of rice.

We have birthdays every month of the year and we always order the 1/2 sheet cake. Their cakes are so moist and delicious. Will never order elsewhere as long as they still make birthday cakes! I think I’ve tried most everything in the bakery and it’s all good!
I normally love Sam’s but this is the worst club ever!
We had the worst experience at the Sam’s Club in Ft. Smith, AR today. We decided to get an air conditioner while we were there. So my husband went to get one of those big carts with the flat bed on it. While getting the cart my husband. Ask 2 of the male workers if they would help us get our air conditioner and they refused to help us. So I had to help my husband lift the air conditioner. Now my back is killing me. We spent over $500 in the store. You would think the worker would be a little nicer. The workers in this store are very rude. They need to take some classes on how to treat the customers. Also the lines were so backed up. The checkouts were at a standstill for at least 30 minutes. Need more checkers.
Hire a wrecker and tow those unoccupied vehicles out of the grocery pick up parking spots.
Do NOT USE THE TIRE CENTER. It’s a nightmare getting in for a repair or a simple rotation. Very horrible customer service as well.
PSA. I think I've cooled down enough to make this post, as I was a little upset to put it nicely. If you shop at Sam's be sure to check your receipt against posted price on their web site as tonight I was charged $1.79 per lb for a case of whole chicken's and it clearly states $0.94 per lb on the web site and they would not honor web site price. Rild them to refund the whole case and they can have it back (not exactly what I told them). Went to the local grocery store next door to Sam's and got the same brand of chickens for $1.19 per lb.
I have never had a complaint against the Fort Smith Sam's Club until today. I had two pickup orders totally over $350 with many items in the order. As many times in the past, I receive my items fine and drive home which is about 45 minutes from the store. When I arrive home, a $13 box of Protein Bars that I had purchased expires in two days. I call the store and the only way they will do anything about this is to return the item to them. That means I would be giving
Great experience !!!!

haven't been back in a while. We purchased a dual reclining couch a year ago. Frame and reclining mechanism has already broke. So disappointed.
If I had $2 for every apology I've received in the last 6 months when I have visited this particular club, I would likely have enough to renew my membership. One of the primary reasons that I have a membership is for the cost savings on printing photographs. But this particular department has become a total disaster. There is either no associate on duty to assist members, or as in the case today, the entire department is shut down and not available until Tuesday. I understand
I was giving you a 5. But today when I went in to get my weekly St Johns DeVine Red wine in a box. I was told by staff that you are no longer going to carry it and it was being replaced (there was none left to stock up on). BOO! Now I will have no option but to pay more for it at Walmart. This is the main reason I even go out of my way to shop at Sams Club. Walmart has everything else that I need. So Im likely going to discontinue shopping there
A great selection of household everyday items in bulk so you can stay home more.
Best prices on name brand eyewear and fashion sunglasses. Great service too!
