We were told to wait out by the curb for our food and it would be brought to us. We waited 15 min. Three people in the drive through passed by us. Walked in and our was waiting in the mobile pick up order after we had been waiting outside for 15 min. After that the order was wrong and had to go back in to correct it.

Pulled up to the drive thru and it took over 5 minutes to get an answer from an employee. I ordered a sandwich and a large Mac n cheese and drink which was a total of $22. The sandwich was good the best part of the meal but the Mac and cheese tasted awful, sour over cooked I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be back for the overpriced food alone.

Food was very over priced for the portions received. Meat was tough and difficult to eat. I recommend going to either Subway, Firehouse or Jersey Mike's.

Went to drive thru, was told had to use app. Used app and chose “drive thru,” told to pull forward along with 3 other vehicles. After 10 minutes everyone went inside to check on food and was told it was being made. Girl at counter said the food was being made when all along everyone’s food was set out in the Inside Pickup counter getting cold. We would have never received our food. Bad service and rude employee at front.

I left w my order feeling satisfied: ordered the giant #10 w extra meat and extra onions: the extra meat caused my server to congratulate me on ordering the biggest sandwich she had ever made and the onions were placed in a nicely-sized container, separately. She had red hair, was very Friendly, and executed my order perfectly. Thanks!

Outstanding customer service!! So polite, and thorough! They were trying to go to fast and forgot my cinnamon rolls, but then RAN to deliver them to my car before we turned back on Rogers! Impressive! Great work ladies!!

Ordered an avocado club salad. And got literally lettuce 2 small slices of tomatoes 2 slices of cucumber and 2 maybe teaspoon scoops of avocado. No eggs, no feta! Couldn't eat it til later on when I could add flavor to my $11 Schlotzsky's bowl of lettuce! Oh and didn't even get the correct dressing!
