Was not at all impressed. I ordered the Alaska roll and an avocado roll, both were supper bland even with soy sauce, and the avocado roll tasted almost rotten. My boyfriend got the bbq pork Lo Mein it was supper dry. Definitely not worth the $37.46. Kroger sushi is so much better.

Terrible. Rice was just greasy and no other ingredients besides rice. Orange chicken was bitter and bland.

I have only ever given one other bad review, but hope I am saving someone a bad experience and some money here.. I ordered the Hunan shrimp, my husband ordered the General Tso. The General Tso literally tasted like bad chicken wings. I don't even know what the sauce they gave us was supposed to be for, but it was all bad. Hunan anything always comes with vegetables, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc. See the pictures below....nothing even remotely similar. Try another place.

Hibachi was tasty. Service was great.

I have eaten here many times over the past 20 years or so and always ranked it as the top Chinese restaurant in our area. They had quality food and a beautiful atmosphere. It has been some time since my last visit, but I didn't hesitate to recommend it to my sister who is visiting from out of town for us to order carry out. For all but the chicken lo mein I ordered, it was not the same caliber of food I remembered. The egg drop soup was runny with little taste, and the noodles for topping were limp, not crispy. My sister's crab Rangoon was all cream cheese inside with no other flavor. She was reluctant to try the hot and sour soup because the coloring was very dark compared to other restaurants. I don't know if ownership has changed in recent years or what may have changed, but I unfortunately I don't plan to rec

CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS AWFUL!!! ALSO... Ordered food yesterday, I continued to try to tell her how we wanted our steak cooked snd she wouldn’t not stop cutting me off. Get back home to eat, and we have OVER cooked filet and our meal looked like this.... for $70 which I’m so confused on how we spent that. We literally go in and eat for less then that WITH DRINKS!!! When I asked for a receipt she did not want to give me an itemized receipt. We will not eat here again!!!!!

The sushi rolls I ordered to go were delicious. BUT, the teriyaki combo meat was below standards. The rice was dry and under cooked. The dish was void of sauce. Very dry and hard to eat.

Ordered take out from here based on a friend's recommendation. It was.. not good. Egg drop soup has unnatural yellow color and just doesn't taste great. Cheese-filled crab rangoon is apparently only filled with cheese? What a misleading name! Tong ting shrimp and General Tso's were not bad, but we've had better food elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious food at a great price! Truly a wonderful surprise for this out-of-town visitor. I wanted something quick and easy that wasn't "fast food" for my one night in Fort Smith. I was able to get my food quickly, and it was so much better than a chain restaurant! I was shocked by how large the portions were for such low prices. Although my food wasn't ready in the 15 minutes quoted by the app I ordered from, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, so the extra 5 minutes did not feel like an inconvenience. I feel like it's often a trade-off with local restaurants between fast service, low prices and portion size, but I would say this place has found a great balance. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again!

weren't served on father's day! took my dad here, we've come here a few times and had pretty good experiences. today it wasn't crowded when we went. were given menus and then just ignored. we waited 30 minutes and then gave up. the older woman who HAD given us our menus and drinks tried to blame the other staff but she served us. all in all just rude and sad because my dad kept blaming himself and thinking it was his fault for some reason. was very angry. i like the sushi but. won't be going back sadly.

I called today to order some food for take out. I get to the restaurant and go in to pay. I handed THE MANAGER my card and she ran my card for $99.60 WHEN MY ORDER WAS ONLY $9.60!!!!! She handed me a “Void Sale” receipt and said “Money be back in few days”. She did not apologize or anything! I now have to wait a “few days” to get my money back!

I’ve been going to Shogun’s consistently at least a few times a month for the past 20 plus years. I usually order Hibachi and get the Filet Mignon with a side of noodles or I’ll switch it up and order Shrimp and salmon along with their side of ginger and mustard sauce that the chefs give out to you. Most restaurants only serve one type of sauce to accompany their entrees but Shogun has consistently for years served the two different sauces. I appreciate that they still serve the two different sauces with my entrée. Also, their house dressing is homemade and I haven’t had a salad dressing that taste as good as theirs. In all the years that I’ve been going to Shogun’s, I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of their food, whether it’s the hibachi meals or sushi and the generous portion that the restaurant serves up. I’m a frequent traveler and whenever I travel, I always try different hibachi restaurants. Out of all the hibachi style restaurants I’ve been to across the country, Shogun’s is still my favorite hibachi style restaurant I frequent, right here in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
