we ordered 6 drinks most of them were slushes, and when we got them they were straight shaved ice, no flavoring or any of the add ins we ordered. the girl that was serving us didn't want to do her job she was paid for, and kept saying we were wrong when we clearly were no. I dont recommend coming here past 6:00 if you want good service

Today March 22, 2023 I'm at sonic on Towson Avenue and ordered a small onion ring and a chili dog first and bring one out with cheese on it they do take it back and correct it now I have to give them an A+ for service but the hot dog that's a two thumbs down I mean you gotta have some good teeth just saw through that rubber hose they need to change it from hot Dawgs rubber dog and then they charge you three dollars for the chili dogs but they wanna be stingy with the chili if you had more chili or maybe it's just the fact that the bread is so dry and the hot dog is so rubbery But it just doesn't work well together and more tender hotdog would be great and a little bit more chili would be perfect onion rings with rainbow two thumbs up for that but I don't think they're homemade like the claim because I make homemade myself and that's a world of difference between mine and there's I'm not saying don't buy it I'm just saying be prepared because this is what you're gonna get

Ordered in app for food at a certain time. Food was correct and on time. However. Sonic keeps raising prices higher and higher.

Very slow. It was close to 10 minutes before I got a large drink. I think they cleared it off and forgot about it. I had to call in and ask about it.
Could be better at customer service and knowledge on making drinks, etc with correct measurements

Arrived at 9:09am left at 10:01Buisness not particularly busy. But only one car hop. Took 10 minutes at least for the headset to be answered. I ordered a RT 44 soda water with raspberry mango and strawberry. A jr deluxe and a small cheddar pepper, when I got my food which took approximately 20 minutes even though it only takes 6 minutes to cook cheddar peppers, I received a burrito instead. Pressed red button 3 times because it kept turning its self off without an answer. Carhop went to a car a little ways down then stopped at my car to well me something was leaking it was water from my A/C but then I told her my food was incorrect, carhop took the burrito and didn’t even ask how I wanted my order fixed but due to the time restraint I would have preferred a refund after waiting 20 minutes I drove off. This made me 20 minutes late for my next patient when I came with 45 minutes to spare. My drink is awesome but the wait and no food or no refund is not. If I would have had my receipt I could have not posted publicly and used the online link.

Nasty got a big piece of old fried chicken in my fry. Meat tasted old and freezer burnt. Ordered a number 1 and it had half a cup of mayo no lettuce highly disappointed. Will not be going back
