I had a great experience at Sonic! I ordered four ice cream cones and a Red Bull Dragon Fruit drink for my husband. Everything was perfect, and Sarah, the employee who handed us our order, was exceptionally kind and friendly. Her great attitude made our visit even better! Horrible. Burger was still ice cold in the middle. The cheese wasn't even melted. Cheese fries came with a few pieces of shredded cheese on top.

First shift seems actually decent, the second shift however, they are rude very slow and I have to repeat my order 5 times to a certain person everytime and she gets upset because she csnt understand you, yet I have no issues with anyone else. Also, how do you remodel this place and not fix the intercoms, that's the main thing for sonic.

We ordered 2 vanilla ice cream cones and the car hop brought them out and touched the cone with no napkin around it. That is so unsanitary to handle them that way. I was very disappointed in this situation normally they are good in handling the orders but not today.
