Sonic, aren't you best known for your drinks? So why would you not strive to have drinkable water?? I have never had such bad tasting water from a fast food restaurant in my life. Squeezing my lemon slices did not improve the taste in the slightest.
Usually so and get drinks. They are quick, Friendly.

They always forget the condiments that are supposed to come with your items. I just drove 10+ mins home to find NO cheese sauce with my pretzels. The same has happened numerous times with the marinara that is supposed to come with mozzarella sticks. On a side note, the managers at this location are trash and have 0 care for their own employees who are human beings and 0 care for the food they put out there. Assistant manager Jenn is the worst of them, she likes to yell at her employees so beware if you’re looking for a job… go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a person.

Managers have no ability to be considerate of the people who have to pick up employees, they’re making people wait outside for an hour and a half. They’re not letting employees out at their scheduled times. The service here is only good with very specific people. If you are looking for good food, and good service, or thinking of working here think again steer clear of this dumpster fire!

Laura Fox is a wonderful asset to this place. What I see and know is there are a lot of spouses working same shift. Working new hires without proper training and owners that demand and threaten without doing hands on training of management team so they have a clue as to what you want. It seems to be way to many bosses that do not pull there weight.It is teamwork for entire store and all involve. Sidework is a must from everyone before they leave . Not one person is free from sidework or the responsibility of upholding the wonderful founders ideas of the customer is most important team member of the business. Just like every customer is worth a mint slogan. And in the 2 years of me going there quite frequently not one thinge have I seen anyone carry around a courtesy tray and check back on the customers that are dining in a stall. Corporate would be in utter disbelief of entire process of said owners and said management team. Maybe to the point they would take back their brand name from the owners and all their franchises. EVERYONE NEEDS RETRAINED AND PROPERLY TRAINED. AND SLACKERS NEED TO BE FIRED

I am highly pissed off! I went there with my 4 kids and I went there the past few days to get ice and the car hop MEGAN was honestly really nice and me and my children were bragging on her. Well then my total came up to $4.04 I gave her a $20. She said she needed to go in and get her apron. I said that was fine well she comes out with 3 bills keeps one in one hand and then hands me 2 of them. I get to the store down the road to get gas and I literally just stuck the money under my leg so I could have my son run in and pay for the gas. Anyways she ended up just giving me 2 $5. I tipped her the $0.96 left out of the change I was getting back. I hope that $5.96 tip was enough to make her life good because it will come back around and bite her in the ass.

The food is always underdone and soggy. The place had a fresh paint job but that's it. It looks new and tastes old the menu is out of date.

1 person in drive thru. 3 in the lot. One of which left as i was pulling in. Ordered a popcorn chicken and water. Took 10 mins for the order to appear as on the way. Waited for an additional 2 mins to no avail or food being brought out. I left. Poor service, Sonic is barling is finally surpassed as the worst in the area. This one takes the title

I have worked in that area for a year. Not once have they ever got my order correct. SMH I am ordering simple. That's a thought maybe I should order something more complicated. I'll try that see what happens.
