This place seriously has the WORST customer service out of all the places i’ve been too. First of all, the lady who took my order started off immediately with an attitude, which I usually expect from the people who work there so no big deal. I asked if a certain product had gluten in it, and she just said, “I don’t know.” Didn’t ask anyone to find out, or get me other information. So I couldn’t get it because she wanted to act like a child and not do her job! Next, we ordered a burger with just ketchup, no cheese. When we asked for a different one, she was clearly getting more irritated. She then brought it out a couple minutes later, and asked for the messed up burger back. She then turned away, swinging her long (blonde?) ponytail, swung the door open and made sure we saw her slam it in the trash. Never got her name, or really saw her face, but i’m sure her disgusting immature attitude and the way she stomps around like a child will point her out like a sore thumb! Funny that your employees don’t even know basic info, very embarrassing for her to be so openly dumb!

Large Fry= About 3/4 full and cold.Foot Long Chili Dog= Looked like the chili had been in the bottom of the pot for a day.Sonic on Massard= I think I will just go to Barling from now on. Massard Sonic just continues to disappoint.

Got ""3"" things wrong on a 4 pc.order for 2 ....Asked for onion rings,server put down,mozzarella sticks.Had to change it...Ordered large teas,(got small ones.)..Ordered ,1 UNSWEET TEA,1 half/half tea...Headed home ,and the tea was 1 half n half other was sweet.Wont be going back.

I contract with doordash and deliver for this location to customers who order sonic. I really don't know the taste of the food, and it looks fine to me, but they overfill the drinks pretty bad, and they always spill everywhere. The lids are half on the drinks and when you put them back on, the drink comes out over the top, into the cardboard carrier and out onto me and my seats every time. Even if I hold it careful, and hold the bottom, they still dump everywhere because of overfill and drink collection on the lid. As a driver for doordash just trying to do my job, it stinks for me and my car to be covered in drinks, and for a customer, their cups are sticky and a mess. Really hope this gets resolved because it's the 3rd time it's happened.
