Listen. The cute drawings are adorable but the quality of this location has gone down. I always get a matcha and even make them at home regularly so I know there are not supposed to be chunks and clumps of matcha in a drink when prepared correctly. This time I had clumps all in my drink and just tasted milk the whole time and then finally saw why bc the matcha wasn't even blended. The last time I ordered, the drink wasn't even the full size I ordered, literally half of it was just froth. Yes, half of my drink was all froth. Presentation means nothing if quality is lacking folks. So disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a year, before you guys reopened there was a guy that worked your window he was a white guy with curly hair, every single morning like clock work I would come here and he remembered me by name and knew EXACTLY how my coffee was supposed to be made every morning. That is customer service. That is the encounter I want to have every morning. I came to get the same order this morning I get every single day and for the second or third time this week, they made my coffee wrong. I wasn’t gonna say anything but my mom urged me to because well I spend almost $300 dollars a month here, per my bank statement. When I asked to get my coffee remade I was met with nothing but eye rolls and bad attitudes. Kai the assistant manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will no longer be spending my $300 dollars a month at this location. I will drive over to my friend at the other Starbucks! Or just head to seven brew. PLEASE I URGE YOU from a former barista, to teach these girls how you are supposed to treat a human being, not just how you are supposed to treat a PAYING customer. Both they can’t seem to understand. If you cannot get a coffee made right, you should not be charging $10 for it. I woke up this morning anticipating on a great day and was met with disgusting belittling attitudes, and all I did was ask to have my coffee remade. Funny thing about it! They still didn’t make it right, salted caramel cold foam should have salt to it, hence the name, the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is supposed to be made with CINNAMON. Not a huge deal but if you’re paying that much for a coffee you want it made correctly.

God awful! My wife pays $9.88 for a god damn iced chai tea latte with cinnamon dolce syrup and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. This is blasphemy

The coffee is really good, but the extras in it can be inconsistent. I love the dark caramel, and it can either be an inch thick in caramel on the very bottom (I don't mind) with a little on the sides of the cup or there might be a moderate amount or hardly any. I ordered it with extra caramel drizzle on top, extra caramel crunchy things, extra whip and it will come out with hardly any caramel on top, middling amount of crunch pieces and a sad little circle of whip with plenty of room to spare. I have to carry around my own caramel just in case.
My Mom always gets hers the same and sometimes she thinks it's a little too sweet or just right.
When they have the winter cookies, they're great. Too bad they don't have a variation thru the year. Cake pops are good, though a bit expensive. I have had other things, but it has been a while.
Parking: It can get congested when there a lot of drive thru traffic here. If you park in front of the door you may have a difficult time getting around the drive thru traffic. There is plenty of easier parking available.
