Starbucks is a beloved destination that goes above and beyond to make customers feel special. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, as demonstrated by a staff member's kindness in replacing a dropped cake pop on a young girl's birthday. However, the seating arrangement is a mixed bag, with some finding the chairs to be extremely uncomfortable and possibly even designed to be unwelcoming. Despite this, the drinks are fine, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
