Honestly unless you happen to be inside Target and absolutely need a coffee, don't waste your time with this location. Drive the .5 mile down the street to the next Starbucks on Phoenix. They're always out of everything and the staff are not friendly. I work at the Pavilion and wanted to get a coffee this morning, and the guy working it didn't say a word to me the whole 10 minutes I was standing in front of the counter waiting to order. He made the drink for the lady in front of me and then once she left he still didn't say a word to me, not a "I'll be with you in a second," or anything and just starting cleaning up and ignored me. So I left and went to the other Starbucks. I worked at a coffee shop so I know this was just unprofessional.

I just need to find a place that has WiFi for some work and I know in some places the WiFi is down, and I called this store to ask if their WiFi is still working so I can plan my visit & order. The people who answered were quite rude and just hang up the call.

It’s a standard Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and the lines tend to move pretty quick. This is my favourite Starbucks location in Fort Smith

Seriously, if I could give a higher than 5 star review I absolutely would. Went here on my daughter's 8th birthday while taking her out and they made her feel so special. At one point she accidentally dropped her cake pop and they saw it and without even being asked they came up and gave her another one. Probably the best Starbucks experience I have ever had. Wish I knew the names of the 2 staff members that worked her at 2:30pm on Sat 2/24/24. Both of them are an incredible asset to this company. Thank you so much!

I arrived at 8:51 pm to get a coffee. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 9 pm but the 3 employees on duty closed early. They were present and behind the counter. They just shut everything down so I couldn’t order. I would love to have given 5 stars but since I can’t order anything, I will just leave one. Do better guys.

Stood in line and waited a while for the 2 baristas (a young woman and man) to finish their very personal conversation with another young woman customer. The young man made eye contact with me ( I was right in front of them) and continued their conversation. Told them never mind and walked off and they didn’t care IN THE SLIGHTEST and continued their conversation.

I don't know what is going on with training these days, not just at Starbucks but anywhere anymore. At this locations the cashier at the register had me wait at the drive-thru window for several minutes without a single bit of acknowledgement or word uttered to me, then when spoken to there was no salutation at all, just a dollar amount which was 4x’s the total of my order as I'd told them at the speaker I had an app order. Not a big deal to mistake my app order for the order behind me, but DANG, speak to your customers, GREET THEM, and politely apologize when you mess up too, just a quick, “sorry about that.”

Everyone was nice to me and the drink was fine. But the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Possibly designed to be unwelcoming? The back is shaped so the bottom of it dug into my lower back unless I was leaning back past the point of sitting up straight. My legs barely fit under the table so it was just an odd seating arrangement.

Just again so so slow in the drive through I’ve waited 20 min in the drive thru line again this is a reoccurring pattern cake pop was completely melted not good customer service don’t come here

Waited in the drive thru for 32 minutes for 2 cups of coffee on a Monday night. Looks like a staffing issue. When we finally got one drink we had to wait another 6 minutes for the next one. They need help.
