The staff at this Starbucks is truly top tier—genuinely friendly, welcoming, and it’s clear they actually enjoy being there. I ordered a custom drink that’s not exactly standard, and without hesitation, they assured me they’d remake it if it wasn’t perfect. No need—they nailed it on the first try.
The space was clean, open, and offered plenty of seating, whether you’re stopping in to catch up with a friend or need a quiet spot to get some work done. I really appreciated the vibe and the service, and I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area

I love the starbucks on Phoenix. The accuracy is always on point and when I want something new or different, I can tell them what I'm looking for and they suggest things quickly that are delicious and they are polite about it! Thank you so much for making my caffeine needs enjoyable! 🤭 oh and the feta wrap is always so gooooood ❤️

I never came to this location until the Rogers Ave location was temporarily closed. I came here today only because I was in a hurry. Nine times out of ten, my drinks have not been made correctly. The white chocolate mocha I got today tastes like brown water. It’s just awful. I won’t be back to this location unless Rogers Ave shirts down again because it’s a waste of ten dollars every time. I would ask for it to be remade but the only thing worse than being served this drink is being served with it twice.
