didn't follow instructions. gave us regular mocha instead of white chocolate, definitely put more mocha than pistachio instead of even amounts, didn't line the cup with mocha drizzle. did that on both drinks. please pay attention to what people actually ordered.

I ordered a hot venti cappuccino and the cup was only filled about 60%
Entire staff refused to help. All I needed was a physical receipt. Told me it was impossible, refused to even try. I do this with many Starbucks in the area

I get my coffee here the same every time, and it’s usually good, but this time I had probably 5 pieces of ice on a day where it’s 90°, so this $10 coffee is now hot and it tastes awful and straight-up black coffee.
