ordered a venti matcha latte, it was half full of foam, before I even got home, it was half empty when the foam disappeared. didn't even take a sip. I also ordered a ham and Swiss, and there was 1 piece of ham sloppily slapped on there. I'm so tired of Starbucks having 0 effort in their work and yet they complain about people not tipping them for their crappy service! I recommend everyone go to Dunkin' Donuts instead. They will not let you down.

I love this place so much! Very welcoming and didn't get my order wrong at all. The atmosphere is very chill yet professional and the worker knew what the were doing.
Excellent location, often times a bit busy depending upon the time of day. But usually, my mobile is ready for pickup within 10 minutes or so. Friendly staff and great with making suggestions for a drink.
17/24 times they have gotten my order WRONG. I have been keeping track after it happened a few times. I keep giving them a chance because it’s literally next to my house and driving to Roger’s ave is way out of the way. But I can’t anymore. The incompetence blows my mind. Can the manager of the Roger’s ave one just take over? I have yet to receive an incorrect drink from them. You guys have recipes correct? Insanity.
