Joshua did an absolute phenomenal job, each dish was well thought out and combined every aspect of the pallet. Thomas professionally paired drinks with each course. I had such a great time due to the staff, I cannot wait until the next tasting. I will be returning regularly to try all the drinks Thomas has concocted himself, and explore the many flavors Joshua has to offer. Grateful they are my new neighbors haha

Another awesome experience at Stonehouse. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everything was perfect! We will be back soon!

We had a great dinner at Stonehouse Restaurant at Chaffee Crossing with my husband and another couple. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. Darlene was an excellent waitress and truly made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our table. We all ordered burgers, and every one of them was delicious—cooked perfectly, flavorful, and very satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with great food and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Stonehouse for a casual yet quality dinner out.

Limited options, meat options were delicious. Accompanying sides, etc were so so. Very loud. Service was excellent

Wobbly table, food not cooked correctly and waitress didn't seem to care that I didn't eat it after waiting over half an hour for our food. Completely ruined our anniversary dinner. Limited menu and sides. No intimate seating. Way overpriced for what we experienced. When making our reservation, they ask if this was a special occasion, I answered anniversary but that didn't seem to matter.

We went for the Thanksgiving special and then were told it was only for 4+ people. They allowed us to get it anyways because we were going to leave but took almost an hour (not exaggerating) to get just the appetizer. The meal came at an hour and a half of being there and we were almost late for work because of it. Also the price was ridiculous if youre going to use bavette steak. Its such a chewy and cheap cut, it was hard to keep from gagging. Flavor was good though.

Ignore all the negative reviews. Stonehouse is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. It's not a fast food joint, it's a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind and enjoy a night off. We go there at least once a month, and have never had a bad experience. The food is excellent. Chef Josh and his team are very creative and enthusiastic about their patrons' experience and it shows. Try the spicy shrimp skewer and the ribeye. Delicious. The bartenders are always making something new and can recommend wines that pair with your meal. I highly recommend Stonehouse for big celebrations and small date nights. Just wonderful.

10/31/25. First time here and service was poor. We received our drinks and was asked one time if we wanted an appetizer and/or was ready to order, which were not at the time. Waiter/waitress did not stop at the table again after. We were there around 50 minutes and was never able to place a food order. They were not busy at all.

Was apprehensive about trying the food. There was an amuse bouche that totally changed my mind. The chef knows what he's doing, and Thomas was excellent about recommendations. Did not have a bad experience with any of the food. My date had the 8 oz aged prime filter and it was excellent. I had the lobster, it was also excellent. We had the spinach and artichoke dip -- would highly recommend. The sides were mashed potatoes with horseradish, and were delectable; and the brussel sprouts. The sprouts were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They were a little bitter, but just get a small amount of mashed potatoes on them and they are divine. Yes, the prices are high compared to other places, but the food is cooked with care and presented well. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. And the takeout containers are excellent. Overall, my expectations were exceeded and i look forward to dining there again.

I personally feel this is probably one of the most overrated restaurants in Fort Smith. I know a lot of my friends feel this is a great place to eat, but I personally do not feel like it is that great. The taste is usually pretty good but I would say average compared to other really nice restaurants. The service was extremely slow. The waitresses were very nice, but the service was extremely slow. For the amount of money that we ended up paying I do not feel like the food was worth it. I spent $150 and didn't even buy any alcohol. The ambience is the only thing I would put five stars on as it was very quiet and intimate. Those are my thoughts.

Worst food of any restaurant in Fort Smith. Totally a rip off. It used to be good, but not anymore. Everything is an extra charge or sold separately. Not worth your money. Lights pulsate oddly over tables.

Delightful evening as we traveled through Fort Smith. Stonehouse is an historical building with a very interesting history. We sat on the beautiful patio and ate a delicious filet cooked to perfection. Kameryn, our server, was prompt, attentive, and a delight. Service, food, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

So we went a few weeks ago I was really looking forward to it but kind of was let down. (I’m not sure why they deleted my first review) The music playing at dinner time was club music which was a bit disappointing because I wanted a nice romantic date night, like literally Shawn mendes, Bruno mars were playing and that like killed the mood, I had to ask the waitress to turn down the music twice. The appetizers were really good, and my drink was good but not the main food my burger was way to greasy it was greasier than denny’s burgers. the steak in my opinion was way too seasoned like it was crusted seasoning on there. The burger was so greasy I felt sick after eating it from the grease. My sweet potato fries were not cooked all the way through they had to go get me new ones. Again the atmosphere was just way to much noise, they had live jazz playing outside yet club music inside, like the music you’d find if you go to TGIF, or Applebees. I probably won’t come here again.

We ate here on Friday and while the food and property were wonderful, our service was a disappointment. We ordered an appetizer while we reviewed the menu and didn’t get to order our food and drinks until our after the appetizer was delivered. The whipped feta dip was delivered without plates - she said she’d bring some out but never came back. It took another 15 minutes for drinks but we didn’t see the server again until our salads came. We literally only had time for two bites before the entrees were delivered and she tried to take our still full salad plates. The table was uncomfortably crowded. Our entrees and sides were cold by the time we finished our salads, and the server made more than one attempt to take food we were still eating - at least 3 times. The filet was unimpressive but the ribeye was a delight. Once we finished our food it took apmost 30 minutes just to request the check, another 20 to receive it, another wait for them to come back to take the payment (we tried giving them card when they brought the check but they didn’t even look at us and disappeared) and again while we waited for her to bring it back. To be fair, it looked like the other servers were on top of it, but our service stunk and I don’t think we will return. Eating there was an extravagant birthday treat that turned into a disappointment. We ordered an appetizer, 3 salads, 3 sides, and 3 steaks, and the steaks and sides were cold by the time we ate them. The food was good, indoor and outside seating and ambience were beautiful, but the service will keep us from going back.

This restaurant is at the top of my places to visit when in Fort Smith. The food is exceptional - never had anything that wasn’t a 10! The service is also over the top. Every server is extremely friendly, attentive, and does everything they can to make you have a great experience. Bartenders are amazing.
