Subway in Fort Smith

“The people that work here are so supportive of people, not only do they serve great food here but they are very considerate of their customers. I used to not be the biggest fan of Subway but the people here have changed my mind, as well as the food. Great place“

“Conveniently located off of Highway 71, easy to find. If you've been to one Subway, you've been to them all. Everything tastes like a normal Subway. The workers were pretty nice but did not seem like they wanted anyone to eat in the restaurant which was great because I wanted to take it home anyway. All in all if you want to Subway this is a Subway.“

“I had a rough experience in here a few years ago, and swore to never return. But I was shopping at Wal-Mart and smelled the bread baking as I was checking out. I was so hungry so I decided to come grab something to eat on my way back to Lavaca. I think it was the manager that was helping me, but she was so kind and was able to get my sandwiches made so fast. The store was spotless, and I can tell its under different management than when I was here years ago. Vegetables looked so fresh and neat in the case. I ordered a Philly, but the lady suggested I pair it with bacon and I did, It is my new favorite sandwich and I cant wait to return because my sandwich was AMAZING!!!!!“

“If I could give higher stars I would we had Chelsea serve us and she was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked in she was cheerful through the whole process made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our sandwiches asked if we wanted extra of anything. I even got a cookie fresh out of the oven since they ran out earlier. Best Subway experience we have ever had. Keep up the GREAT work girlie 👍“

“I did an online order and came to pick up my order. I had two cold cut trios. I had to wait on the guy to put bread in the oven and take some out. Not a big deal. The bread did seem a little smaller than normal, and they could use more veggies on the sandwiches. Other than that, it was good.“

“We go to Subway about once a month. This location is on the way to my parents house so it's typically where we stop. This location is ok. Not great but ok. The service is always slow. They aren't bad, they don't mess up my order, but they are always slow. So if you keep that in mind you will be fine. Don't be in a hurry. Also find that they tend to be out of something every time I go.“

“Haven't been here in a while because of the poor service in the past, but decided last night to try again. They had a girl working alone with a lot of orders but she was kind to everyone despite seeming flustered at some points. The food was delicious and my order was precise. I think I will be returning to this subway at least at night time thanks to the girl with glasses and blue hat.“

“Food is standard for a subway, female with the read hair who im guessing is a manager (or maybe just worker that gets away with being rude to the other employees) always has an attitude and is rude, but everyone else is nice. I witnessed her YELLING at a younger male, and he just took it in stride and continued to serve us wonderfully.“
