Subway in Fort Smith

She truly deserves recognition and a well-earned pay increase. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that many guests were sharing compliments about her while enjoying their meals. “I came in yesterday, a bit before noon. The lady behind the counter had on some cute cat ears and a tail for her costume, I always love when people get to be festive at work! Doesn't matter which holiday. -She was still making my pickup order and I gave it a glance, it looked great. After she handed it to me, I went out to my car, opened it up, gave it a good look.. I have got to say.. She put care into that sandwich. It looked **perfect**, just the right amount of everything.-- There have been several other Subway locations that make that exact sandwich and it usually looks awful but tastes great... I was just so impressed. I ended up eating half of it before leaving the parking lot because I was so happy about it! It was great! Thank you so much. She is awesome!“

“I did an online order and came to pick up my order. I had two cold cut trios. I had to wait on the guy to put bread in the oven and take some out. Not a big deal. The bread did seem a little smaller than normal, and they could use more veggies on the sandwiches. Other than that, it was good.“

“If I could give higher stars I would we had Chelsea serve us and she was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked in she was cheerful through the whole process made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our sandwiches asked if we wanted extra of anything. I even got a cookie fresh out of the oven since they ran out earlier. Best Subway experience we have ever had. Keep up the GREAT work girlie 👍“

“I had a rough experience in here a few years ago, and swore to never return. But I was shopping at Wal-Mart and smelled the bread baking as I was checking out. I was so hungry so I decided to come grab something to eat on my way back to Lavaca. I think it was the manager that was helping me, but she was so kind and was able to get my sandwiches made so fast. The store was spotless, and I can tell its under different management than when I was here years ago. Vegetables looked so fresh and neat in the case. I ordered a Philly, but the lady suggested I pair it with bacon and I did, It is my new favorite sandwich and I cant wait to return because my sandwich was AMAZING!!!!!“

“We go to Subway about once a month. This location is on the way to my parents house so it's typically where we stop. This location is ok. Not great but ok. The service is always slow. They aren't bad, they don't mess up my order, but they are always slow. So if you keep that in mind you will be fine. Don't be in a hurry. Also find that they tend to be out of something every time I go.“

“She was alone in the store handling everything on her own and she had 2 in drive through and 5 in store and she was stalking in between customers... she rocked all with no problem and she communicated well with all the customers at the same time... she s very friendly and her regulars like me love Ash she's great!“

“Food is standard for a subway, female with the read hair who im guessing is a manager (or maybe just worker that gets away with being rude to the other employees) always has an attitude and is rude, but everyone else is nice. I witnessed her YELLING at a younger male, and he just took it in stride and continued to serve us wonderfully.“
