I’m behind frustrated. Ordered a footlong and had barely anything on it and I asked for EXTRA veggies. So disappointed and a waste of money. When I tried to call for HOURS to speak with a manager, no answer. Worst ran store I’ve ever been to and will never be back. This place clearly needs new staff.

I did an online order and came to pick up my order. I had two cold cut trios. I had to wait on the guy to put bread in the oven and take some out. Not a big deal. The bread did seem a little smaller than normal, and they could use more veggies on the sandwiches. Other than that, it was good.

Literally the worst Subway in Fort Smith. Always have stale bread and the people working there seem so displeased with their job that it seems like you shouldn't even be there. I came in and the girl making my sandwich that was covered literally from head to toe with tattoos had nothing but an attitude when I tried to add extra to my sandwich. I hate this subway

This location always disappoints. The last 3 online orders were not made correctly. And ff you ask for more mayo, they won't, just one LINE of mayo on the outer edge creating a super dry sandwich. Ask them for more, and they add another line on top of the first so you'll have one bite of straight mayo where the sandwich closes and the other 80% of the sandwich bone dry.
