Very friendly staff, don't get upset if you have to ask for more of a certain topping, subway is cracking down in their portions

We go to Subway about once a month. This location is on the way to my parents house so it's typically where we stop. This location is ok. Not great but ok. The service is always slow. They aren't bad, they don't mess up my order, but they are always slow. So if you keep that in mind you will be fine. Don't be in a hurry. Also find that they tend to be out of something every time I go.

Worse subway in town. They NEVER get online orders right! They forget ingredients all the time!! Today’s order they missed all the tomatoes on the sandwiches didn’t add the extra ingredients as requested and barely put any sauce so all the sandwiches were basically dry. And I redeemed my points on this order. Such a waste. Never going back.

Ordered on the app and both of my sandwiches were wrong. One was on the wrong bread and the other did not have all the toppings I paid extra for like bacon. A girl with black glasses and long black hair was rude when I kindly explained what was wrong with my sandwiches and acted like she didn’t believe me when I told her what was wrong. And when I asked her about the bread being wrong she said “we are out of that bread,” and I responded with “ okay well next time I would appreciate it and so would other customers if you kindly told them they’re bread will be different what if I’m allergic” and she scoffed and continued to gather the correct sandwiches

I went in today with three other people and the first person started to order. As soon as we came in, the guy had the worst face and attitude on. He was making her sandwich aggressively and threw a tray on the counter after she asked him kindly to change his gloves because of a pork allergy. Idk if it’s because we were a few Muslim girls or whatever but it was obvious disrespect towards us. The guy that had ordered next to us and his coworker were also shocked by his disgusting behavior. We told him we don’t want to eat here anymore and we left. I was not about to eat after someone aggressively slapping food together. No way. This subway needs to stop employing miserable people with terrible customer service. Because I’m never going back.

I ordered 1 steak a cheese foot long and a pretzel and what I got back was extremely wrong. I got home and when I checked they put 3 subs in my bag, and one of them was mine, but it was also messed up not just with ingredients I didn’t ask for but also with ingredients I asked for missing. One might think hey this man got lucky! Why is he complaining? Quite simply it’s because I hate mayonnaise that was slathered on all of the sandwich’s. Im writing this review, because it’s kind of crazy (impressive?) to get an order THIS wrong and it’s definitely not the first time they have messed up at that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY ONLINE. ONLY IN PERSON (if you order in person). I got 2 footlong sandwiches. 1 grilled chicken, the chicken was slimy and disgusting, which ended up becoming a veggie sandwich because it was not edible. The second sandwich was a “elite” Chicken Bacon Ranch, not sure what is elite about it. When you order on the app it gives you the option for “less, normal or more” I’m not sure why they even have more as an option. I ordered MORE of all my toppings, even made a note and said “extra toppings, please” and obviously they didn’t even read it. I’m not sure how one banana pepper is “more” I understand it’s just a sandwich, but if I’m paying for it I would like it to be how I order it. I don’t see why putting extra toppings is such a hard task. Even when I have went in and ordered in the past when I ask for extra they only put just a couple pickles/peppers/toppings. I ask for more and they sprinkle 2 more on it. When I say extra pickles, I mean extra pickles. I feel like it’s not too much to ask for. You’re a sandwhich shop I don’t see why you feel the need to be stingy with the toppings. Glad I had a coupon, but it was still too much for two mediocre sandwiches.

Ordered 2 salads for lunch and the order was messed up on both. I maybe got 10 spinach pieces and chunks of pepper jack sliced cheese like they ripped a slice of sandwich cheese. Definitely not worth 10.00
