Employees are nice but the store is constantly understaffed and is always out of ingredients.On top of that after asking for a refund apparently no one knows how to do it there so have fun going through customer support because of the incompetent management

I come every Monday for my Cold Cut meal of day. Alicia is always here working, and she definitely keeps the line moving even though it’s always just her there. Shes always got a smile on her face, and if she’s overwhelmed you would never know it. She moves with a sense of urgency, and I love that! I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, so it’s nice that my time is valued. She doesn’t just do her job; she elevates the customer experience through her competence and diligence. She is without exaggeration, the backbone of this location.

I had a rough experience in here a few years ago, and swore to never return. But I was shopping at Wal-Mart and smelled the bread baking as I was checking out. I was so hungry so I decided to come grab something to eat on my way back to Lavaca. I think it was the manager that was helping me, but she was so kind and was able to get my sandwiches made so fast. The store was spotless, and I can tell its under different management than when I was here years ago. Vegetables looked so fresh and neat in the case. I ordered a Philly, but the lady suggested I pair it with bacon and I did, It is my new favorite sandwich and I cant wait to return because my sandwich was AMAZING!!!!!

Went to the subway in Walmart on Kelly no one was at the counter waiting 15 minutes a associate came by and yelled for Charlotte that he had a customer upfront and she said Kate they say I’m busy. I’ll be there when I get there they need to be patient. Her name was Charlotte.
I went up there today March 28 2024 2:00 pm and had to leave while mid order because the service from an employee an older woman with black hair was poor she was rude.
Omg, literally I'm ordered 2 sandwich and they took more then 40 minutes to do it only 2 sandwiches. It's ridiculous. 🤨

The food is alright it just aggravates tf out of me that they close at 10:00 but in reality they'll start putting everything away at 9:00 and if you go up to the counter they'll just say "sorry we are closed" ummm no your not you close at 10:00 it's even posted on the hours in the front if your lazy just say that.

Awesome service! The young lady working today at lunch was a pleasure to talk to. She works very hard and her work station was very organized and neet and clean. Good help is hard to find these days. Also, the foot long was great!

I ordered online while in Walmart. I was 15 minutes early for my order. Watched the Clerk bust her tail filling orders. The "area manager" graced is with her presence from the back, long enough to take over five minutes to cash out a customer and hand my order from printer to the clerk who was serving two people, then a third. She came out to confirm the Icee machine was off then hid again.Not once did she step in and help fill orders.My order wasn't getting made until I got in line and stopped other orders long enough to get mine filled and get the Diva's name. Angie, is a lazy excuse for a Manager let alone a Team member. I see a new person there every time I go and this is why. CUSTOMERS both online and in person should come first over DIVAS. I won't return to Subway. Better competitors that get it.
