I placed an online order, which charged me and gave me a time to pickup said order. I arrived at 805 pm when my order should have been ready and no one is there. The doors are locked. There is no sign up saying they are closed. They literally took my money and did not fulfill my order. I've called but there's no one there to answer. This is a huge inconvenience. The other stores can't give me the same price and have to charge me again for my order at full price because I used coupons on the app. Do better subway!! This sucks!!
I had to change my review because the customer service I received last Saturday was so unprofessional. I was told by one of the female employees that it would be an hour before they would take my order. Several other customers were helped and after some time passed, neither one of the two employees acknowledged me. The one co-worker who walks to that store actually works there too. I would never treat my customers like they're garbage and that's exactly how I was treated. To even wanna place orders there should be an insult considering how I was treated by the two employees. I just don't understand why those two women were so rude and disrespectful to me for. I've always loved Subway and was always willing to bring my business there. They simply don't want to do their job. How sad is that. šÆš
Shitty service, employees don't acknowledge your presence, and they back there stuffing they face while ignoring you didn't even take our order just avoided eye contact and kept putting they're hands in they mouthš¤®š¤®š¤®
We tried to order through the drive through the girl couldn't get the order right. I wanted my sandwich toast and that did not get done. We also waited for about 25 minutes. It was very poor service.
Service was shity, not helpful at all. Just all bad!!.
Bread falling apart couldn't pick the sandwich without getting all over my hands don't waste your money so disappointed.
I ordered on the app and like many others thought it would be faster. The app said it would be ready by 12:30 so I showed up and it wasnāt. I waited a little over 30 min for 2 sandwiches.
i dont get subway often, it tastes how youd expect a sandwich to, no issues with that. what i do have an issue with is the mold in the ice machine. i know that it's hard to avoid and every restaurant has issues, but when its visible on the ice... the owners dont think they should get a maintenance worker to clean it out? i tried to avoid the issue by ordering a bottled drink (which is a 50 cent surcharge btw) online, but when my food arrived my drink was a regular fountain drink. i didnt care enough to call the restaurant or anything but i did check the ice in my drink and there were little black specks of mold all over. anyway not mad at the employees cuz i get it but you would think the owners should care.
This store is always busy they do the best they can, arenāt always perfect. They try really hard though. I think Chelsey needs a little empathy, instead of dragging people she doesnāt know through the mud. Sounds like she might influence the atmosphere and attitudes she receives.
Donāt waste your time or money went on lunch break they took 25 minutes to make our food while in the line (there was 2 people in front of us) they put the wrong kind of meat on the person in front of us sandwich when the person realized they tried to get away with not making her a new one she had to keep saying sorry she canāt eat that type of meat and they need to make the one she asked for then they tried to use the cheese from the meat she couldnāt eat not to mention they were rude to her and us then I asked for one type of meat and they put the same kind they gave her (me and her ordered 2 different kind of meats and neither one sounds like what they gave us) they were rude when I tried to correct them on the type I wanted then they added vegetables we did not say even though they repeated every vegetable we said and neither us or them said that vegetable the person who was rude and adding the wrong kind of meats had a badge saying district manager or something I donāt remember exactly then the poor girl on the register was her first day and she didnāt know how to ring anyone up but out of the 5 other people no one was helping her she ended up pushing the wrong button and cashing us out wrong and it took forever for someone to finally help her to fix it and get us cashed out definitely donāt recommend this subway they were a train wreck all around not to mention the bread was burnt and the āItalian herb and cheese breadā didnāt have cheese but thatās not the biggest deal

So disappointing! I think I am finished with any SUBWAY restaurant. Their quality has really dropped. I used to love to watch them make my sandwich with all of their fresh ingredients, but lately their ingredients don't look very fresh; especially their lettuce. And, you have to beg for ingredients otherwise, they will literally give you just two pickles. Our sandwiches were just okay. I even paid extra for shaved steak, but it didn't look any different than the regular portion. And my Cold Cut Combo sub was very lacking of protein and just looked sad. The bread we chose, was Italian, but it looked so white? It didn't look done.
The only positive was their Customer Service. The guys that waited on us were super friendly and nice.
Absolutely awful, don't waste your money here. The last few times we've ordered here we've gotten wrong orders, paid extra foor double meat and didn't get it. Paid extra for smashed avacado, didn't get it. They refuse to refund it, even after admitting they made the sandwich wrong. Awful customer service, can't seem to get the order right, and not willing to make it right after the fact either. Also, not very hygienic. After telling them my order was wrong as they were making it, the put toppings from the sandwich back into the bins, so gross!
Orderd the 99 and the bread was hard and way to much salt my wife has blood pressure problems.
only thing right were the chips cause i grabbed them myself
If they sandwich artists weren't constantly tweaking it might be an okay place, DO NOT USE THE APP every time I've used it I've waited for an a hour just for them to tell me it's gonna be a minute
