Took FOREVER and DISGUSTING . Waited about 20 min in line while Watched the employee make about a dozen sandwiches ahead of mine. Never switched gloves the entire time while touching different meats, cleaning stuff, touching ovens and bread trays, etc… all the vegetables looked like they were cross contaminated. Whole line just looked like a mess. This will be the last time I ever patronize subway.

Service was not provided in the evening, they had me sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes to let the time run out on store hours, until I called and asked about it and they said that they were wrapping up to close.

Wrap-up in fast food usually isn’t until ~30 before closing and even then it doesn’t include dumping out aaaall the ingredients before closing... I get it, I really do, but let’s all be diligent since some people really don’t have the time for dinner some nights! :)

$34.78 for 2 foot longs. Okay but wait you can only have 6 olives!! Is this for real?! Every about the sub is smaller and now your counting olives. Crazy times

Food is standard for a subway, female with the read hair who im guessing is a manager (or maybe just worker that gets away with being rude to the other employees) always has an attitude and is rude, but everyone else is nice. I witnessed her YELLING at a younger male, and he just took it in stride and continued to serve us wonderfully.

Ordered thru door dash in total 52.00 plus tax just for both of my sandwiched to have 4 spinach leafs and 2 cucumbers. So i guess this is the new norm to jip customers on veggies to maximize on their bottom line on behalf of customers. REALLY THIS IS WHAT WE'RE DOING NOW and had the unpresident mediated gall to minimize their error and tried to make it seem as it was my fault when their in the wrong 😡🤬

I placed an online order, which charged me and gave me a time to pickup said order. I arrived at 805 pm when my order should have been ready and no one is there. The doors are locked. There is no sign up saying they are closed. They literally took my money and did not fulfill my order. I've called but there's no one there to answer. This is a huge inconvenience. The other stores can't give me the same price and have to charge me again for my order at full price because I used coupons on the app. Do better subway!! This sucks!!

I had to change my review because the customer service I received last Saturday was so unprofessional. I was told by one of the female employees that it would be an hour before they would take my order. Several other customers were helped and after some time passed, neither one of the two employees acknowledged me. The one co-worker who walks to that store actually works there too. I would never treat my customers like they're garbage and that's exactly how I was treated. To even wanna place orders there should be an insult considering how I was treated by the two employees. I just don't understand why those two women were so rude and disrespectful to me for. I've always loved Subway and was always willing to bring my business there. They simply don't want to do their job. How sad is that. 💯😔

We tried to order through the drive through the girl couldn't get the order right. I wanted my sandwich toast and that did not get done. We also waited for about 25 minutes. It was very poor service.

I ordered on the app and like many others thought it would be faster. The app said it would be ready by 12:30 so I showed up and it wasn’t. I waited a little over 30 min for 2 sandwiches.

i dont get subway often, it tastes how youd expect a sandwich to, no issues with that. what i do have an issue with is the mold in the ice machine. i know that it's hard to avoid and every restaurant has issues, but when its visible on the ice... the owners dont think they should get a maintenance worker to clean it out? i tried to avoid the issue by ordering a bottled drink (which is a 50 cent surcharge btw) online, but when my food arrived my drink was a regular fountain drink. i didnt care enough to call the restaurant or anything but i did check the ice in my drink and there were little black specks of mold all over. anyway not mad at the employees cuz i get it but you would think the owners should care.
