Girl was very RUDE kept telling me to hold on!!!!!!!! Then a 35 minute wait for a freaking call in order 1car on the parking lot......... Then I go thank you to hang up and she goes uh yeah bye! Subway Towson do better!

We ended up leaving drive thru after making a whole order because the guys couldn't break a 100 dollar bill and they were snickering to each other and just being pretty rude in general. The guy in the window actually snapped his fingers at my dog because he was barking at him

very poor service we waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins then to finally order we waited in line for 20 mins! we ended up leaving and went to sonic, I won’t be coming back to this place at night due to the lack of service and the people working there at night are very unprofessional! do better, thanks!

I placed an online order and received a notification stating it was ready. I arrived to pick it up at 6:17 p.m. It is now 7:07 p.m. and I am still waiting The workers are extremely rude and they all seem to be on some kind of drugs. At this point I just want a refund to my card since my order has not been started. Apparently no one here can do that.

This place is perpetually understaffed to an insane degree. Even something as simple as picking up an online order has turned into a 30 minute adventure multiple times as they will just have you wait and end up forgetting about you.I want to clarify that this is not the employees fault at all, they are just chronically understaffed
