If I could give higher stars I would we had Chelsea serve us and she was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked in she was cheerful through the whole process made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our sandwiches asked if we wanted extra of anything. I even got a cookie fresh out of the oven since they ran out earlier. Best Subway experience we have ever had. Keep up the GREAT work girlie 👍

I ordered the garlic philly cheese steak and after getting home and opening my sandwich it was missing the garlic aioli and the cheese sauce that were supposed to be the main selling points for that sandwich.

If I could give this a 0/5 review I would. As someone that worked at this location several years ago I understand how this franchise treats their employees, but the lack of customer service now is disappointing. I had placed an online order, and showed up a few minutes early in the drive thru. I saw two cars out front so I understood they may not get to me right away, but I waited over 10 mins without even a “hello” or “we’ll be right with you”. I eventually pulled up to the window to a girl that had a very harsh look on her face that made me feel very unwelcome, and was also not wearing a headset. If the headsets weren’t working they shouldn’t had a note outside, but they didn’t. She didn’t say “hello” or “sorry for your wait”. I told her I had a pick up order she didn’t say anything but ask for my name and then she gave me my order without saying “have a good day” or “sorry for your wait” or anything at all. Very disappointing in how this location how gone such down hill. I will not be returning.

Shame on you! The poor girl working behind the counter was coughing, sneezing, wheezing, and looked like she was about to faint. When asked if she was okay, the girl gave a faint smile and asked for our order. We left immediately! She is clearly not well! Shame on her for working and shame on whoever allowed her to!

Pulled up to the drive through as I usually do, and I sat there for around 3-5 mins with no one greeting me. I assumed the alert inside must have not went off, and upon arrival I noticed two cars up front so I also thought they might just be busy. I pulled around front and thought, “I’ll just go inside and get in line”. When I got in there the sandwich artist was making a sub for what looked like one person inside. I was greeted with, “did you have an online order”? I mentioned that I did not and was then told, “well I just got a TON of online orders, so it will be SEVERAL minutes”. With that I said I could just leave and they were pleased with that offering it seemed. Was just wanting a sandwich, but didn’t happen today.

Under New Management now.I’m not being racist. They can’t understand English without a manager there to help out. They don’t understand double meat or most of the names of veggies. I gave them a dollar tip out of pity. I’LL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! Go at your own risk.
