We’ve gone to this donut store twice now within a week. They are super nice and their donuts are extremely fresh and not dried out at all like some donut stores. This has become our new go to donut shop. My only regret is that we didn’t find it sooner.

I’ve been here many times in the past two years and I can confidently say it’s my favorite donut shop in Fort Smith. You can’t go here without trying their original glazed.

Having worked the hospitality/food industry all my life, I know my order of 6 maple bars and 6 filled bismarks is not the easiest to make compared to a simple dozen glazed. However, the eldest woman behind the counter should really stick to working in the back of the house. Not only was she very rude to me when taking my order on the phone but she placed all of my maple bars side by side! So when I arrived home almost all of the icing on every single one was wiped off either on the box or on the bottom of the next donut. SERIOUSLY? The other 2 boxes of same order from here were not put together like this so this time it really felt intentional like she was trying to send a message by being sloppy on purpose. Also, I advise that if you enjoy fillings go inside and make sure she is NOT THE ONE serving you, you will not get your money's worth with her. The first time I ordered 6 filled bismarks, the younger woman helped me and the amount of filling was perfect--not too little, not too much. This is the second time I have bought them from the eldest woman and the amount she uses is SO!! SKIMPY!! They were practically empty except for one or two bites of filling. Such a shame to take the cheap route with a high-quality product and ruin it. With that, I will say these are hands down the best donuts I think I have ever tasted in NWA. They are so fluffy and very light, and the glaze they use is amazing. The younger staff are friendly and polite. It is very clean inside the store and the drive-through was also surprisingly quick. Unfortunately for the elder woman's repeated poor service, I rate them 3 stars.

Sign on door says open 0500 to 1200 hours 7 days a week. I arrived at the shop on September 2nd 2023, at 0530 hours to find the door locked with two employees who turned to see me standing at the door only to turn back around to ignore me standing there. I might not be so critical if they had come to the door to apologize and explain they were running late, but they just didn't seem to care.
