Did I really just pay $12 for this? I should have walked it back in there and demanded a refund but my pride wouldn’t allow it. Excuse the bites out of the sandwich, I was starving while I waited 15 minutes for this sad excuse at a 3 cheese melt. Also, this was supposed to be 3 different types of cheese, not 3 pieces of American cheese slapped on there. I won’t come here again. This isn’t what it used to be.
Edit to add: I did contact the manager who agreed this was unacceptable. They sent me a gift card and I was appreciative of the good customer support for the mistake that was made.

It's really hard to mess up an ice coffee but they did. This is unfortunately not very good. Can't even drink it.

I tried a few places, I like iced caramel coffees all I had to drink here was a frozen iced caramel coffee. I think the weird thing was the whipped cream wouldn't dissolve. This is probably my first and last time at this restaurant I'll just take my business to 7 Brew or Fort Smith Donuts.

Cute place with good coffee. Southwestern burrito is very tasty! It has more than coffee- there is a specialty oils store in the same location and other fun foodie options for sale.

Tried their coffee of the day, it was bland nothing special and tasted similar to a regular gas station coffee. Also had their croissant sandwich, the egg is frozen not fresh and also the croissant wasn’t baked fresh it looks like it was bought from a grocery store like Walmart or Sam’s.

I come here very often bc it’s close to my house. I always order the same drink, grande iced mocha with almond milk, several times they’ve given me regular milk in my drink and were hesitant to replace it. I am lactose intolerant and I can instantly tell if it’s not almond milk, and would be paying for it later if you catch my drift. I always order a grande and they give me a double every time. not sure what the deal about that is. The food is subpar at best. it has potential but it’s so inconsistent and usually lacking some of the listed ingredients. Today I ordered the raspberry turkey panini and this is how it looks, pretty sorry for a $12 panini if you ask me. I don’t usually leave reviews but sweetbay, do better. The prices are too high to be messing up so often. I once was a regular but seldom come anymore due to the lack of consistency.

I had been wanting to visit this coffee shop for years but don’t often find myself in Fort Smith. The atmosphere is great, with the small market with unique food items in the entry. The baked goods all looked good, and my daughter said the chocolate muffin was decent. I think if you have no food allergies this would be a fantastic place. I unfortunately have a dairy allergy, which I made know several times. My drink still ended up with dairy in it and destroyed an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Do yourself a favor and try their chai! One of the best I've ever had.

Super kind people with lots of good food. Has a market now with unique things like olive oil and pre made dinners.

Vietnamese french coffee is delicious but it's a ridiculous price for the fact that they quite literally only give you 2 sips worth of drink and the rest ice. Tried having ice removed and still received a pitiful amount of coffee

I ordered a Raspberry turkey panini and this is all that was on it, a tomato. This is second time it’s happened. If you are out of veggies just say so when we order so we can order something different.

Always friendly and helpful to new ways to try coffee. I like oatmilk in my blk coffee. And they were happy to entertain me with ideas.
