Stupidity I tried them again and now they are even worse! Worst Taco Bell in Fort Smith. Cold food I waited inline 10 minutes for and they didn't add the chalupa sauce as usual but sure charged for it and added a ton of tomatoes even though I ordered NO TOMATOES!
The worker's will not give a damn if they messed up your order. Will argue and refuse to make it right. Chulupa shells so hard they were crunchy and chewy. Done with Taco Bell.

Went here yesterday on a whim and while the service was normal/friendly, half of our food was ice cold. I understand that food cools down but this was like beyond room temperature by the time we got to our destination (5mins away in a warm car). My burrito also had a few chicken chunks that were dried out and crunchy. The grilled part was super oily but I figured that was normal? The flatbreads were good but kinda cold. Nice sauce to bread ratio.
Not looking for a refund or anything, just want to let others know what to expect.

I absolutely love this damn Taco Bell. Everytime I go in there after work at 3 pm I’m greeted by the most amazing upbeat staff. Unlike other Taco Bell’s in this area they never mess up my order. I was helped by Chandler and this other fellow at the drive through today and they were absolutely so sweet to me and my child even letting him get a sample of the new freeze!!!! Chandler always goes above and beyond too help us. And Jesus Christ she makes the best 5 layer burrito from all over town!!!!!!!!!! I had the pleasure of talking to one of the night shift managers today telling her how good her little crew she has is and she was just absolutely over the roof sweet too me. Love love love this TACO BELLE ON GRAND AVE

This is the best taco bell in Fort Smith. My food is always hot, the tortillas are never stale, and the soda is never out of syrup. Thank you guys. I strayed went to the one on Rogers and I regret everything. I was so used to the quality y'all deliver, that I was so disappointed. I'm gonna drive the distance to come to y'alls taco bell instead from now out because that was a waste of money.
