I would suggest checking the bags before leaving to make sure you have everything. Got home and was missing 3 items that were order and to top it off the two hard shell tacos we got weren't even wrapped they were just put in a sleeve and thrown in the bag. Which means when we got home every other item was covered in meat, sauce and sour cream. Very disappointing.

My husband and I both got a discovery Luke box for $9 each! We went through the drive thru. After we had already got on the highway we tasted our Pepsi’s and it was nothing but straight carbonation there was no Pepsi taste to it! Then when we got home and started eating our Crunchwrap supreme it had no crunch wrap in it and the tiniest bit of meat in it! It was literally 2 tortillas folded together with vegetables and cheese! I’m not exaggerating when I say it had the tiniest amount of meat in it! Also the food wasn’t hot at all it wasn’t even warm hardly! For $20 I expect to get what I pay for not get ripped off! Service your soda machines more often and take better control on your food quality because we were highly disappointed! My husband is very seldom get a chance to be able to afford To eat out and we chose your restaurant! Shame on you Taco Bell do better

I work till midnight so this is the closest place open to me when I get off. Every single time I go here at night my orders are always wrong they never make it right. Tonight I ordered a cantina bowl all it had was rice and lettuce and like 2 peices of chicken. I'll drive to the Towson one from now on.
