First I attempted to go thru the drive thru but only one lane was open and after waiting for 10 minutes and the person at the speaker still not getting their order placed I decided to park and go in. Placing the order inside was pretty easy. The wait was longer than seened necessary and at one point they had to ask me what I ordered to check on the status. The food was for my husband and he said it was just ok but certainly not worth the wait. While there was no one in the restaurant, I'm indicating a wait time for a table due to the wait in the drive thru and then the wait for food after ordering. It was not busy enough to justify the wait time.

Great food; I never have a bad experience with the quality and taste.
Customer service: My mom came in today (not sure if it was drive thru or insider) and ordered. The lady working asked my mom if she was a senior citizen. My mom clearly isn’t, and said no. The lady working then proceeded to say “Wow you could have gotten by with it”.
In what world is it okay to follow up with that response? This happened on 10/10/25 around 3:30-4:00ish. That was so incredibly rude. We always have great experiences here, but that was just extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Staff’s customer service is nonexistent. Not only have I waited 30 minutes for a bean burrito in the past, every single interaction it’s almost as if I’m the one doing the customer service, greeting the person, thanking them, 9/10 times with zero response- just a bag handed to me.
It’s 8:35, I just came to the drive through, they’ve turned off the sign light, ignored me at the speaker, and then proceeded to ignore me at the window, making eye contact, and walking away.
Terrible service, mediocre food, and obviously not a healthy work environment.

Most stores in this chain are excellent. This one is not. I have had great service and lousy service here. The chips are often stale. The food, often not well made. This is VERY disappointing. I've eaten at this chain for decades. Wish this location were much better. It's the only one around for over 100 miles. Bummer.

I went through the drive thru today to get a drink. My dog is in surgery at the vet across the street and its a stressful day. I didnt get the gentleman's name but, he was a crew trainer. He was so kind! He had no idea what was going on in my day but went out of his way to be beyond kind. THANK YOU!
