First I attempted to go thru the drive thru but only one lane was open and after waiting for 10 minutes and the person at the speaker still not getting their order placed I decided to park and go in. Placing the order inside was pretty easy. The wait was longer than seened necessary and at one point they had to ask me what I ordered to check on the status. Great food; I never have a bad experience with the quality and taste.

Customer service: My mom came in today (not sure if it was drive thru or insider) and ordered. The lady working asked my mom if she was a senior citizen. My mom clearly isn’t, and said no. The lady working then proceeded to say “Wow you could have gotten by with it”.

In what world is it okay to follow up with that response? This happened on 10/10/25 around 3:30-4:00ish....

First time ever at any Taco Bueno and let me tell you..12 burritos, 4 bags of chips, sauce, 2 cups of beans, 2 cups of rice, 3 large sweet teas for, get this..$21!!! Need I say more!!!
