I order food from here every couple weeks and always get the same thing. Usually my bf will pick it up for me and we're on limited time for lunch break. Southwest rice bowl half portion with southwest ranch, add chicken, no avocado, side of chips. There hasn't been a single time they've gotten the order entirely correct. Forgot the ranch, forgot the chips, kept the avocado... I'll keep eating here, the food is good, but it is for sure frustrating.

If someone offered to take us there and paid I still would say no thank you. It was very expensive, the food was not good at all, and we're still hungry when we left

I ordered through the app for drive thru pickup. The app is atrocious, as always. My pick up time was 12:10. I arrived at 12:11 and I still did not receive my order until nearly 12:20! This restaurant is NEVER busy. And I mean never. Yet it’s always a minimum of a 10-15 wait. Even when you are the only one there. And on top of all this, first bite into my taco, I get this weird plastic string! What if this ended up in a kids meal?! So incredibly dangerous. This place is such a joke. Overpriced for what you get. Someone really needs to step in before this place gets shut down.

If you're looking for spicy taco sauce, don't stop here. Their verde sauce has more sugar than any other ingredient. I had the carnitas taco and it was good, but bland with no spicy sauce to add.

Don't let the basic dine in atmosphere fool you. The food here is way better than you would expect. I had the Mahi Mahi taco The Hawaiian Shrimp taco the Korean BBQ Steak taco and the Chipotle Steak taco. All four were amazing in their own ways. The Hawaiian Shrimp has Coconut on it and helps make it a very light and refreshing experience. The Mahi Mahi is not fishy at all and has Chipotle involved elevating the dish further. Korean BBQ was by far my favorite with a cabbage slaw and wonton for an added crunch. The Chipotle steak was tender and the Chipotle sauce blends it all together nicely. I will be coming back to Tacos 4 Life.

Ordered Steak SW Bowl - steak tasted odd and was warm (not hot) when delivered. Halfway through I realized it wasn't cooked thoroughly.
Food quality seems to be hit or miss depending on when you visit. It was great a month ago.
