I like steak and mashed potatoes. It's a good place to have a small business meeting. Anything large I would call ahead. There are plenty of tables for a small party but I would still respectfully call ahead for more than 6 people. The appetizers are really nice don't miss out on that unless you are saving room for the sweet stuff. So good it's hard to choose.😊

We recently stopped by TGI Fridays in Fort Smith and found it to be a dependable spot for classic American comfort food. We ordered their signature ribs and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, both of which delivered exactly what we were hoping for—hearty portions and familiar flavors.
The ribs were tender, with the signature whiskey-glaze giving them that sweet and smoky flavor TGI Fridays is known for. They came with seasoned fries and brocolli, making it a full, satisfying plate. The Philly cheesesteak was also a solid pick—thinly sliced steak, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted provolone served on a soft roll. It’s not a traditional Philly by any means, but it was warm, cheesy, and hit the spot.
Service was consistent throughout our visit. Our server checked in at the right times and food arrived in a reasonable window. The atmosphere felt clean and casual, with the usual mix of TVs, music, and a laid-back vibe that works well for groups.
Overall, we wouldn’t say it was anything surprising or elevated, but that’s not really what we came for. It’s comfort food served reliably in a space where you can relax and unwind. For a casual meal—especially if you’re in the mood for ribs or a hot sandwich—this location does the job just fine.

I got to Fridays's fairly often, I have yet to have a bad experience. My food has aways been delicious and the service has always been fantastic. I had the whiskey glazed ribs, the whiskey glazed grilled chicken and both were delicious. I tried a sirloin the other night and it was tender. My go-to used to be the sizzlin' chicken, it's not in the menu anymore, but I was told they could still make it for me if I'd like it.

Ordered the Chicken Alfredo lunch special and it was probably the worst Alfredo I’ve ever had. No one who ordered it finished it all the way through. The sauce has a nasty after taste and the chicken was dry and salty. 1/5 would not order it again. Stick to mainstream foods on the menu. Cause that Alfredo was not it.

Service was extremely slow. I waited 10 minutes on a water. I used to love the whiskey glazed meats but the sampler i ordered the meat was all dry and not flavorful at all. Decided to give it a try again after the shrimp were bad last time but sad to say I probably won't be going back.
The service was great, they took care of us. The food was fantastic and the beverages were great and a very nice selection. Very open and inviting. I enjoy being able to watch sports and this place had tvs everywhere and they did change the tv to what I was interested in.
Parking: There is parking right up at the building and when that full, just across the street there’s dedicated tgif parking lot.

Husband never got his salad before the meal and then when we got our meal, my mac & cheese was cold . Broccoli was cold. French fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the steak.

If I could give zero stars I for sure would. Took my wife, child and mother in law out to eat on a calm Saturday night, and never even got asked what we wanted to drink, we waited every bit of 20-25 minutes without our waitress saying anything to us, but would peek around the corner at us, walk by us and stare, just all around unprofessional. We got up to walk out and she held the door for us and said “Y'all have a good night” very snarky like. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.
