I went in the middle of the afternoon to avoid any crowds. There was very few customers with lots of empty seating. I was seated in a back corner opposite the waiters station. I was assigned a trainee waiter who was new to the job. I asked if a certain brand of beer was available and he had to look it up on his list. Halfway through the meal he was replaced by another waitress who was experienced and quite friendly. The food was good but not exceptional, the same with the service. I don't plan on going back any time soon.

My boyfriend & I visited there March 29 while traveling from Kansas City to Texarkana, Texas. It was right across tge street from our hotel! We were greeted right away by a friendly young lady named Sam. Then our server, Bethany, greeted us right away, too! We ordered our drinks & food and the food & service were impeccable! All of the employees seemed to be enjoying their job, helping each other, hustling to take care of their customers. We want to thank the management & staff for treating weary travelers to a very relaxing and pleasant meal!! Bethany shared some funny stories & we wish you all the best till we return! Great service can come from any age & your company proves it!

Really miss the Jack Daniels sauce, but this was pretty good. No TGIF where I live anymore, so visited for old times sake. Service was ok - friendly, but a little slow. Not a problem but be patient.

Great atmosphere. The service is pretty good. The food is very hit and miss. One day its great and you get a succulent streak. Come back the next time and get super dry heat lamped petrified ribs. Wish they were more consistent.

He effectively communicated my needs to the manager and kitchen staff, ensuring that my meal was prepared according to my requirements. Despite his busy section, I never felt neglected. Additionally, Joshua went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful message on the receipt. I will certainly request his service again in the future.
