5 Stars! If you’re in Fort Smith and looking for the BEST place to cool off, The Brain Freeze is a must-visit! Their snow cones are packed with flavor, perfectly shaved, and they have tons of delicious options to choose from. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the prices are super reasonable. Whether you’re treating the kids or just craving something sweet and refreshing, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely my go-to spot for a snow cone in Fort Smith!
Something for everyone! Our favorite spot for a Frozen Coffee in the area! Shaved ice is a snowy texture and flavors are amazing! Cotton candy with cream is my favorite!
Drinks are great, and they have treats from Gelly&Banana Creations
The snow cones are really good, but apparently they close for lunch 1-2 and it’s not listed on google. Drove over here for nothing. But they are good.
We are here visiting family and came across this little coffee shop. We ordered 2 caramel macchiatos and 2 dirty sodas. Everything was absolutely delicious and the customer service was amazing!!! We definitely will be back when we come back through!

Stopped by today to try a couple of the dirty sodas. the strawberry shortcake, and the (i don't care) are both very tasteful. Very good and reasonably priced. I'd say great experience.
I got a snow cone here and it tasted great! However the service was horrible, the girl who was working gave me an attitude and smelled like weed. I didn’t quite get her name but she had dirty blonde brownish hair. Snow cones are great if you can ignore the rude service. I hope she doesn’t last long as I have had great service on other occasions there apart from her ..

I called minutes before opening this morning and was met with the most AMAZING Customer Service. He wasn't fully open yet but whipped me up an amazing cold brew that is giving me the kick I need to tackle the day after a restless night of sleep. He definitely earned all 5 stars today and a return customer! ✨️ Thank you again Sir!

My daughter and I love this little place for snowcones in the summer time but had never tried their coffees/teas until a couple of days ago. My sister got a "crack" (one of several flavors they have) iced coffee and I had an iced chai. Both were very good! The staff (I think the owner actually took our order and served our drinks) is always awesome and super friendly! Their prices are very comparible to other coffee shops in the area and just as good! Their snowcone prices are about the same as other snowcone stands in the area as well and they have the best snowcones in town, according to.my 11 year old (and she would know, she's sampled pretty much every snowcone stand in town! LOL) My only "complaint" is that they don't open until noon on Sundays, which means I can't get a crack coffee on my way to work on Sunday mornings! Overall, one of my favorite drink stops in the area though!
