We went in for Mother’s Day, there was a little wait, which we expected. Y’all I’ve got to tell you out service from our waitress Alovia was top notch, this girl was running making sure all her tables needs were met. All the while she was sweet and personable, she didn’t let being busy keep her from making sure she took care of her customers, she was great and keeping everyone updated on their order, yall I’ve got to say communication is the key when a restaurant is busy. Our food came out pretty darn quick and it was hot. We were very impressed considering at a lot of places Mother’s Day is a long wait with mediocre service. This was not the case at Dennys. Thank y'all for making my Mother’s Day breakfast memorable.

Placing an order was way too complicated. The Meltdown is located inside Dennys, but you can't call Dennys to place an order and you can't place an order inside even though you can pick up your to go order inside. You place the order online to get it as a pickup order or as a delivery. Enough of this annoyance.
I ordered the Hot Mess in a combo. It's slow roasted beef, caramelized onions, sharp white cheddar on grilled artisan bread. The beef was soooo tender and moist. The sandwich was delicious. I got it with onion rings because I'm always on the lookout for the best and their onion rings were fantastic. Buffalo Wild Wings still has the best onion rings in the area. I do want to try their fries next time. The root beer I got with the combo was not good. I look forward to trying the other sandwiches here and I am not a fan of all the many sandwich places in Fort Smith.

Mediocre food that costs way to much for them to screw up my order! The waitress was terrible and never checked on is till time to leave. Will not be back. Do better !

Went here with a party of 9, very slow service, 3 of us were done eating before the rest of the table even got their food, some were missing some of the food they ordered, waitress never came back to ask how anything was or if we needed anything, took forever to then even get our ticket, the waitress also used a offensive term when referring to the cook staff, we probably will not be back again

Our waitress, Leslie, was amazing. The bourbon bacon burger was phenomenal, and the family said the cinnamon roll pancakes were “bus” (that means “really, really good”, I think).
