The food is OK at best. Its kind of pricey for a simple small burger. They are slow as slow could be. Even if you call your simple order in well in advance then get there and wait even longer on top of it. And 5$ for a flat burger thin as a sheet of paper. SMH I feel embarrassed I even went there. That is seriously the last time I will go. I have to pick up my shattered dignity after being railed that bad. And paying extra for 1 thin slice of great value cheese on that flat bland burger no tomatoes no nothing. And the tip jar plus tip on the iPad. I can make better burgers in my sleep. Step it up yellow umbrella, you only got business cuz teachers have no taste

Nice old time burger. We prefer the mushroom Swiss at Patrick's if you're a mushroom Swiss burger type of person. If not, the regular cheeseburger at the Yellow Umbrella might be the best in Ft Smith. Good Food!

Parking: Free parking. It gets pretty crowded, but you can usually find a spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Parking is on the same level as the order window, so wheelchairs are easy at this location, as long as it's not raining. All tables are outdoors.

A real 50 to 70 dinner pull up walk to window and order. Small but very big in atmosphere. Eat from car,or table there,or take to wherever you want. I be back

I have been eating here for over 50 years. Every time I come to Fort Smith, I make a point to stop here. I remember years ago. You could get 5 hamburgers for $1. That was a long time ago.

Local buger stand since 1978, open during week days. Food has always been amazing and served quickly with a smile. Popular amongst spot for those who know! We have been coming since we moved into the neighborhood. 15/5 HIGHLY

First time visit, Cute place, Friendly staff, BCB was very good, great flavor, little pricey but everything is now a days. Too bad they didn't have a buger basket. Keep up the good work, I'll be back..

I ordered a chili dog with minimal chili on it and a side of fries which had a the whole bottom of salt plastered on them , as well as a drink that had nothing but ice and I got a total of two sips of out the whole cup , very disappointed.
