Very good boba! I been boba from them since they first open! Unfortunately, the drinks are already fill to the brim with ice. Top to bottom! It feels like I had couple sips of my drink before i reach the bottom and just left with a full cup of ice. They should consider just filling only half the cup with ice instead of the whole thing! I wonāt be coming back, even thru their drinks are very good. itās not worth paying 7 dollars for a cup of ice

Iāve always liked Tiliaās boba but this time it has disappointed me greatly. I ordered a no ice milk tea (cuz I have cramps, icy drinks makes it worse). Turns out I only got a bit over half of the cup of milk tea instead of the full cup. Whatās worse, thereās a disgusting bug thatās stuck on the heart shaped stopper. Ps: I havenāt drink the milk tea yet so what you see in the pictures is what theyāve given me just now. I understand thereās a volume difference between with ice and no ice drinks, but it will never vary by this much. I donāt think Iāll go back anymore after this experience.

1. As for the first issue regarding volume difference, you claim that we need to pay extra in order to get a full cup of milk tea. Please inform the customer promptly in the future when they purchase it so they won't get confused like I did. Or, you can simply change the original 700mL cup size into 400mL if you do not wish to provide customers a full cup of drink.
2. As for the bug, it's a dead bug as you can see the back of the bug is stuck on the stopper and the legs are hanging in air. The bug isn't alive and did not "land on the stopper" as you have claimed. That's why i showed multiple angles of the stopper to prove my point. If you are so sure that you can confirm in your store camera that there's no bug on the stopper, feel free to post it out directly. I also have evidence that after I purchased the milk tea, I got into my car immediately and took the picture 3 minutes after my purchase.

My family and I love this place! Their strawberry hibiscus boba tea and the oolong milk tea are so addictive, Iāve never tasted any boba teas like these!!! The owners are also super sweet so definitely give this place a try and you wonāt regret it! ā¤ļø

Very good boba, excellent service, and a very chill environment. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!
First time I went it was an amazing experience. Right when I walked in it was very calm and I felt very secure being there. The interior is great and there is also a lot of seating. Their drinks is are very delicious, I love trying out new things each time I go and so far I have had no ābad drinksā. Their fruit teas are very refreshing especially on a hot summer day. Service is great but not over the top.
