Went here at 3pm with a friend after getting coffee next door. I had heard about how great the pizza was and wanted to try it. We sat and waited for an attendant but didn’t see one come out. We waited longer and decided to go look at the stand. There were two pizzas in the display case with flies on them. We were taken aback by that and figured that maybe those were just display pizzas and they brought out fresh pizzas from the back. We sat and waited longer and saw the attendant come and out and help others. We were shocked to see that he took two slices from the same case with flies in it and took them to the people who paid for the slices 🤢
We definitely didn’t want any pizza from there after that. We got up and went somewhere else. I’m sure the pizza is probably good when ordered fresh from the oven and in a box but leaving it out in the open for flies and God knows what else to land on it is not it. No thanks.

Great slices of pizza. Came on my lunch and it was perfect. Crispy crust, thin cut, nice charred undercarriage. Absolutely delicious.

Didn't realize it was a food truck. But the pizza was still awesome! Little expensive, but worth it for us.

My girlfriend and I had been to the vinnie’s restaurant several times and it was great and the service was solid also. Went to the new food truck and it was a complete disaster. Two people working both probably 18 years old Max. Clearly their first job and clearly not comfortable doing their job. The girl was taking orders at the counter and taking orders to people while the younger kid just attended to the oven. They weren’t organized, several orders were behind and missing people’s items. We sat at the counter ready to order for more than 5 minutes she was behind the counter right in front of us and never addressed us never said hello I’ll be a minute I’m sorry. Be with you asap. No acknowledgment that we were even there then proceeded to have a conversation with the kid making pizzas about who’s order was who’s. Completely clueless and not customer service friendly. The girl basically walks out from behind the counter still without even addressing us or even making eye contact then basically whispers “order for Linda” with her shoulders up and face flushed. Looking confused as ever. I’ll never give them my business again, so unprofessional and rude. Was the best pizza I’ve had in fort smith but we didn’t even end up ordering it after close to 10 min of not even being acknowledged we walked to the Philly shack and were treated perfectly!

This visit was very disappointing. The young ladies at the register were nice. The pizza was thin, unflavorful and Very Dry. The pizza was tooo thin to be that dry. I ordered a lunch combo, and was informed later the salad spoiled in the heat. We settled on another slice. The garlic knots were like the size of hush puppies or cake balls and were hard, dry and had no taste of garlic. They charged extra for the bottle soda but didn't inform me after I asked was it extra. The setting is nice although an outdoor trailer . The workers I encountered were nice. This was my 1st time and I wouldn't return.

Vinnie's Pies will be a family favorite for years, we've been customers since the food truck days. My kids cherish their Pizza School experience and Vinnie and Ursula like to chat with them/us whenever we visit.
This is truly excellent New York style pizza with quality ingredients. The pizza has a classic thin crust, that you may have to fold to eat (my favorite way) and the crust is crispy, but with that satisfying chew- IYKYK!
Now that they're in the Bakery District, dropping by at lunch for a slice is my new favorite past time. Give them a try!

Goodness me, where do I even begin? From the moment you step into Vinnie’s, you’re hit with the irresistible aroma of fresh dough, bubbling cheese, and garlic that lets you know you’re in the right place. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of cozy and classic—think red-checkered tablecloths, warm lighting, and friendly faces behind the counter. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, you’re greeted like family. It’s clear that Vinnie’s isn’t just another pizza joint; it’s a staple of the community, built on passion and tradition.
The pizza itself? Absolute perfection. The crust walks the fine line between crispy and chewy with ease, and every bite bursts with flavor. I tried the classic pepperoni and their signature “Brooklyn White” pie—both were out of this world. The pepperoni had just the right amount of char on the edges, and the mozzarella was stretchy, creamy, and fresh. The white pie was garlicky, herby, and had just enough ricotta to make every bite rich but not heavy. You can taste the quality in every ingredient.
Beyond the pizza, Vinnie’s nails the details. The garlic knots are fluffy and golden, drenched in buttery goodness, and served with a house-made marinara that’s got a slow-cooked depth of flavor. Their Caesar salad is crisp, cold, and balanced with just the right punch of anchovy and Parmesan. Even their soda fountain seems better than average—cold, fizzy, and never flat. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just order a slice; you order the whole experience.
Service is another area where Vinnie’s shines. The staff is attentive without being pushy, and they genuinely seem happy to be there. They know the menu like the back of their hand and are quick to recommend favorites or pairings. Even during the busy dinner rush, we felt taken care of, with drinks refilled promptly and our food arriving piping hot and exactly as ordered. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I believe my servers name was Ian. Tall, black hair, 18, went to Northside high school in the graduating class of 2025. He was quite possibly one of the nicest young men I have ever met.
All in all, Vinnie’s is everything you want in a neighborhood pizza shop: delicious food, warm vibes, and people who care. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, bringing the family for dinner, or picking up a pie for game night, Vinnie’s delivers—literally and figuratively. If you’re within driving distance and haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place isn’t just a five-star pizza spot—it’s a five-star experience.
