Order accuracy on getting what you order and paid for in drive thru is so bad. Correct 2 times in last seven visits how can you regular screw up a BLT so regularly

The person taking the order was in an hurry and kept trying to ask the next question before I was done speaking. Order was completely wrong. Then when I sent my child’s cheeseburger back (supposed to be meat and cheese only) she threw her hands up, was huffy and said “what is that?” When I proceeded to explain she cut me off, turned away to fill another drink and called for someone else to come to the window. My husband’s order was completely wrong, he ordered the mushroom Swiss burger but was given a big bacon classic. None of the sauces requested where in the bag nor napkins. Staff was rude and unprofessional from the person taking the order to the person at the window giving food out, and then the shift manager. Bad experience in every way. Will not recommend this store to anyone and will not be back. I would be ashamed if my employees acted that way towards a customer.

Great place to get fast food. I was in a hurry to grab something to eat and I wanted burger and fries. There were other places to eat near by, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I enjoyed my meal and it was ready quick. I had plenty of time to get back to work before my lunch break was over.

Employees were very loud like extremely loud.orderd 2 meals a single no onion and a double meat cheese and sauce only.only got one patty on no sauce one manager made us unwrap the other to go burger to "make sure"it wasn't the double even though we showed the sauce only one which was ordered as a double and wasn't.the manager was very rude like we were trying to get something free and not that they were too busy playing to get orders right.Frys cold.ove all terrible experience.

1/10, don’t go if you need *FAST* food. Always takes 20 minutes or so. This is right down from my work so I give them way too many chances. Usually I can put up with the wait but, they also got my food horribly wrong this time. Essentially I’m lactose intolerant and they put ranch on my sandwhich, which I subbed for mustard. Because I cannot have ranch. They didn’t really follow any of the instruction on how to prepare the food. But, I can’t even eat it with ranch.

This used to be a great Wendy's, but this specific Wendy's has gone downhill fast. Service is always extremely slow. Ever since they had a change in management, it has continued to decline. It doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive-through. The service is always the same. Even when there are hardly no customers at all, they are still extremely slow. There is no excuse for the continued slowness and poor management of this place. I go to Wendy's a lot and refuse to go to this one anymore. If I want Wendy's, I will go out of my way to the one on Towson next to the hospital.

I was still waiting for my order after the 2nd lady behind me got her food. I reminded the cashier that i only had drinks - he put me off to finish getting the 3rd order after mine. By the time he got the frosty, the one already made for me/him had melted, and he had to make another. All in all a disappointment in service but as usual the leamonade and frosty was worth it

There's always something to love at Wendy's. My personal favorite is the chili and my husband loves the chicken sandwich. We also like to get Frosty's every once in a while and they have a great baked potato and awesome Lemonade's
