Normally I don't give one stars, but considering I've had something go wrong consistently every time I'm there whether it was them running out of most product and not closing down the store or me getting food poisoning, I have to share my experience. My most recent experience is getting food poisoning that has me sitting on my throne consistently for days, calling out of work and trying to recover. I don't know if it's me arriving at the worst possible time or what, but I've had consistently worse experiences with Wendy's. At least the food tastes good though.

Went through the drive thru and ordered food. There were not ANY cars behind us at all. We were asked to move ahead to wait for our food. We did not move forward because there was no one behind us. The MANAGER came to the window and rudely asked us to move up away from the window. Will not return to this location. Very rude manager.
Nobody wears gloves. Working the drive-thru, making sandwiches, handling cash from customers, managers... No gloves anywhere.

Order accuracy on getting what you order and paid for in drive thru is so bad. Correct 2 times in last seven visits how can you regular screw up a BLT so regularly

The person taking the order was in an hurry and kept trying to ask the next question before I was done speaking. Order was completely wrong. Then when I sent my child’s cheeseburger back (supposed to be meat and cheese only) she threw her hands up, was huffy and said “what is that?” When I proceeded to explain she cut me off, turned away to fill another drink and called for someone else to come to the window. My husband’s order was completely wrong, he ordered the mushroom Swiss burger but was given a big bacon classic. None of the sauces requested where in the bag nor napkins. Staff was rude and unprofessional from the person taking the order to the person at the window giving food out, and then the shift manager. Bad experience in every way. Will not recommend this store to anyone and will not be back. I would be ashamed if my employees acted that way towards a customer.

Great place to get fast food. I was in a hurry to grab something to eat and I wanted burger and fries. There were other places to eat near by, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I enjoyed my meal and it was ready quick. I had plenty of time to get back to work before my lunch break was over.
